Excellent time management skills – Dance, music, and theatre are incredibly time-consuming subjects. Studying
these simultaneously contributed to my ability to manage a busy schedule without difficulty.
Leadership qualities – Experience as an alto section leader in choir, as well as a soloist in many dance and theatre
productionshasresulted in a natural tendency to support and lead others when necessary.
Ability to concisely follow instructions – following directions and applying corrections are important qualitiesfor a
dancer, and by studying ballet rigorously for 17 years I have mastered these behaviors.
Outgoing and personable – training and experience in theatre have honed my skills in interacting with people on a
daily basis.
Discipline – the study and pursuance of dance as a career has resulted in incredible discipline in my school work,
performance studies, and everyday life.
