This responsibility was entrusted to atSistemas as prime contractor.
The project involved many offices: atSistemas (Barcelona, Madrid, Cádiz) and Privalia (Barcelona, Frankfurt), making intensive use of powerful software development methodologies such as Scrum.

Mayoral requested the presence of atSistemas both during GoLive and post– GoLive to ensure proper development of the platform. The following tasks were involved:
•Management of IBM WebSphere Commerce and WAS. This service is provided from our Management and Remote Analysis Service (SAAR).
•The corrective and (minor) development maintenance service was provided from our development centre in Jerez de la Frontera.
The partnership with Mayoral derived from an audit requested due to a months-long delay by a third party in launching the IBM WebSphere Commerce store.
Various recommendations mainly in the areas of performance & caching were included in the report to enhance implementation of the tool.

Luxottica therefore contacted atSistemas to ascertain our competence with IBM WebSphere Commerce. After positively evaluating our Technical office with senior architects, our references and our proven methods, they requested an audit of the systems at their facility.
In addition to the audit, the service includes the design of an action plan to resolve the issues detected.

Maintenance and Management of IBM WebSphere Commerce
Responsible for the operation, control and management of Blanco's IBM WebSphere Commerce servers in all environments (from development through various intermediate levels of testing and staging to production).
This partnership began in response to a specific task performed by atSistemas to resolve a critical problem in Blanco's production environment in November 2013. The incident was rapidly resolved by our Remote Management and Analysis Service (SAAR).
Previously we had provided corrective and development maintenance for Blanco's virtual shop in conjunction with IBM, taking care of tasks such as:
•Product catalogue queries.
•User data maintenance (registrations, cancellations and amendments).
•Payment method management.
•Messaging system for sending e-mails confirming payment.
•Management of various languages.
Fashion retail
2012 FY € 954 M
Highly internationalised with expansion plans in countries such as Russia, China and Mexico
More than 1,900 stores
Responsible for planning, implementation and management of various business test cases identified by both Cortefiel's e-Commerce area and by atSistemas on the basis of experience gained in similar projects.
Once the development was concluded and the specific functional solutions required by the customer had been implemented, Project Management decided to harness the capabilities of atSistemas (Jerez Test Centre plus specialised consultants) to lead this strategic phase of the project prior to GoLive.
