Royal Institute of Technology implemented a "One Search" solution using Google Search Appliance to consolidate multiple search functions onto a single platform with integrated design, personal and secure data access, and business knowledge integration. This improved the search experience for the organization's 20,000 employees and students, reduced search maintenance costs, and increased knowledge exchange across the institution.
