[ Seeking Powerful Patron, Philanthropist, Publicist and/or Partner ]
WHO: I'm a 68 year old social-activist & artist. Some of my friends call me "John Quixote" because my service dreams seem to be too
big and impossible. I am 'nutty' in a good way (using my courage & creativity to solve big problems that threaten our collective future).
Do you recall that early 80s Pet Shop Boys Band? Their hit song "Opportunities" describes where I am at; i.e, needing a partner. Here
are the main lyrics of that hit song (with youtube link) to "Opportunities"...
"IF you got the brains, I got the brawn -- let's make lots of money!"
WHAT: I have the creative "BRAWN" to invent powerful brands, but I do NOT have the brains, funding, OR PARTNER to develop them
YET (here are a couple of my brands: ©ATLANTA: City of Peace™, ©The Declaration of Peace Millennium™, ©The Global Peace
Academy™, ©The Library of Peace™, ©GEORGIA: The Peace State™, ©HEARTYWOOD™, and ©USA: The Super Peace
Way™). Regarding the ©ATLANTA: City of Peace™ brand, I established an entire organization under that name, but I have not been
able to develop the commercial aspect of the brand yet. Recall that historic ATLANTA chemist who invented the secret COKE formula
and later sold it in 1888? The Coca-Cola Company, Inc. (COCA-COLA®, "TASTE THE FEELING") is now valued at $100 BILLION US.
Soon enough (with YOUR HELP?) the world can know about ©ATLANTA: City of Peace™. This singular brand will: A) transform how
the citizens of the world are inspired by Dr. King's birthplace; B) create a Global Capital of Peace; AND C) it will deliver a phenomenal
windfall of economic, societal and spiritual reward to our city PLUS position it to export these GREAT rewards to our entire Global
Family; ONE Tribe. Regarding the document I authored & published on 08/08/08, ©The Declaration of Peace Millennium™, it is
essentially a thousand year plan for shaping our future and it was inspired by Thomas Jefferson, Founding Father of the USA. I need a
partner to develop a website so I can sell millions of Peace Declaration digital copies, plus hard-copies that are signed & dated.
WHY: I am motivated to create a windfall of revenues from my brands so I can afford developing the vital projects that need funding. I
am one of millions who are fed up with the hatred, anger and violence there is in the world, but the dynamic manner I'm using to
confront that is as simple & powerful as Mother Teresa's wisdom: "Peace begins with a smile!" All of my brand creations provide
proactive positive solutions. Recall that Churchill quote? "History will be kind to me... for I intend to write it." IF we, as individuals,
really want a brighter future, then WE must seize whatever positive opportunities there are to cultivtae that GREAT future, right?
WHERE: I am based right here in ATLANTA: City of Peace - A Future GLOBAL CAPITAL OF PEACE. In 1988 I participated in my
first-ever direct & official social action. However, I've been a peace-builder, indirectly, since I was a child. To be a successful Surfer, and
to ride your Surfboard on a wave well, you must learn to move in Peace & Harmony with Creation. Anyway, since moving to, and living
in Dr. King's birthplace, I have been drawn to learn about the peace and nonviolent movement that he, and Coretta Scott King
propelled, along with the globally-respected example of their main inspiration…

WHEN: I am welcoming dynamic proposals for partnership from anyone and everyone --- UNTIL I discover the most compelling offer.
Just know this one thing. That song lyric "let's make lots of money" is only a means to an end. Piles of $cash$ can be a figurative
garden tool, but they can never offer lasting value to one’s life. I have many other priorities that offer rewards that never diminish.
PROPOSAL ASPECTS: You decide. Make me a compelling offer that's difficult to refuse. You can choose one, a couple, or all of my
brands and tell me: "I will do this and this, and we will generate this amount of revenue, and for that I want ___ %." Do you have
a strategy to sell several million copies of my Declaration of Peace Millennium? Do you have a strategy, or connection to license
©ATLANTA: City of Peace™ to a major corporation, or to sell several million T-Shirts for ©ATLANTA: City of Peace™?
HOW MUCH: The amount of your investment in me or one of my brands is up to you.
