For example, at the World Economic Forum in Davos in Switzerland we were listed as one of the most sustainable companies in the world. We have been on that list eight times.

This is how we can maintain close and long-term relationships with our stakeholders. We manufacture and assemble products in 22 countries. Manufacturing is chiefly concentrated in Belgium, Sweden, the United States, India, Germany, France, and China. We serve our customers worldwide with direct, daily deliveries from distribution centers in strategic locations.

We believe that clarity in expectations gives freedom, responsibility and accountability.  Vision Based on the mission I receive, I create a vision for what I would like to accomplish. This I develop, by interacting with my different stakeholders. I then get my vision confirmed by my manager.  Strategy I define my strategy, targets and activities needed to reach my vision.  Structure I define the structure I need to implement the strategy. A structure includes processes and organization.  People I engage people by sharing my vision and by developing loyal, competent people around me.  Mission accomplished  When my mission is accomplished, I am proud to take a next step and look for a new world-class challenge.
