hit “Treat ‘Em Right” still elicits a great response from crowds.
Born Richard Simpson, on May 28, 1968, this former National Merit Scholar bounced onto the
rap scene after dropping out of the prestigious Brown University. Since that time Chubb has
gone on to create other chart topping hits including “Caught Up”, “Just the Two of Us” and “Ya
Bad Chubbs.”
In an interview with Steve Harvey, comedian, actor, and host of the Steve Harvey Morning
Show, Chubb Rock received high praise from Steve for strongly demonstrating his manhood
with maturity, decorum and self respect. He was also recently applauded, on air, by Michael
Baisden, author, playwright, and radio show host, for providing the listening audience with hip-
hop music that our children can listen too with us, without lyrics filled with stories of
violence, drugs, or other offensive behavior.
After Chubb Rock’s performance on Michael Baisden’s Manhattan Anniversary Boatride, the
“Bad Boy of Radio” proclaimed that “Chubb turned the party out and was the highlight of the
@MrClassicFlavor evening.” Listen to Chubb Rock and DJ Bent Roc every Saturday from 7pm to 9pm!

Yolanda says beaming. “It’s not a gospel show or an inspirational show, but an overall morning
show. I wanted to create a clean alternative morning show for people of faith. People love the way
we break down current events and our mix of music! Sometimes you just want tot hear a person
you know on the other end of that microphone telling you everything is gonna be alright, which is
where I come in. It's also from a female perspective, so all of the mothering, teaching and
preaching women inside me combine to make my on-air delivery what it is.”

CoCo Brother
Cory Condrey, better known as CoCo Brother, is more than your average radio personality. He is a powerful voice crying out
from the wilderness and into the streets. CoCo Brother first came to Atlanta, GA after graduating from high school in
Nashville, TN. In 1995, CoCo started interning at Radio One Atlanta. His hard-work and diligence paid off and he was eventually
hired. His time there was short-lived and in 1997 he was fired. After losing his job, he became homeless. He later became an
On-Air Personality in Macon and within months his show was #1. CoCo then left Georgia for a position in Washington D.C. and
dominated the airwaves there for two and half years.
CoCo Brother came full circle on in 2001 when he returned to Hot 107.9 in the 6- 10 pm time slot. This time things would be
much different. It didn't take long before CoCo Brother and the Home Team made their presence known, becoming #1 with
12-17 year olds. CoCo was responsible for breaking some of the hottest records as well as capturing exclusive interviews with
artists such as 50 Cent, David Banner, Ludacris, and T.I.
Yet, even after years of success, he was not content and began to hear God telling him to shift into a different arena. In
2005, CoCo Brother announced he would be leaving the 6–10 pm slot. When he left, the show was on top. After 6 weeks off
the air, he emerged with a new fire and a new sound called The Spirit of Hip Hop. The constant demand for the show led it to
its current slot of 6am – 12pm on Sundays mornings. With that success, the SOHH is now syndicated across the country
reaching millions every week in every major market! Since 2008, the demand has continued to grow with the show being aired
on WPZE Monday – Friday, 7–10pm with a new name entitled "The Spirit w/ Coco Brother".
CoCo Brother's life is a testimony of what God will do in willing vessels. Never despise small beginnings. After being denied in
Market 12, he went to Market 147; eventually rising to Market 7 and to the top. From homelessness to hosting and leading
the official and defining movement for change in hip hop and now gospel, only time will tell what is in store for Cory "Coco
Brother" Condrey. After hearing his powerful testimony on the radio weekly, on CNN, and on CNN International, it's very clear
that Coco will be an anointed leader ensuring that a new day has arrived and a generation is about to be changed.
Furthermore, with the blessing of being on the radio on the largest inspirationally-based network in the world targeting our
@CoryCondrey youth, CoCo is making the world turn the volume up generating record setting ratings, but still and most importantly saving
souls along the way.
