This document advertises and provides information about upcoming seminars hosted by the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) on navigating the Affordable Care Act. It lists three seminars to be held in November and December 2013 in Jonesboro and Batesville, Arkansas. The seminars are free but registration is required. Registration and Fees: Seminar fees may be paid by check, cash, money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover). Payment must be received
before your space is guaranteed in a class. Fees must be remitted no later than two working days before the actual seminar date unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made to the ASU Cashier’s office for all seminars. Contact the ASU SBTDC (870) 972-3517 to register and for instructions to submit
payment.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available on cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to the seminar. If a 48-hour cancellation is not received, seminar
credit can be applied to another ASU SBTDC seminar within the current calendar year. If the ASU SBTDC cancels a seminar, notification will be sent to
registrants by e-mail, and refunds will be issued. Substitutes are welcome.
ADA: Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact Lois Travis, ASU SBTDC

Discount Policy: Subject to space availability, faculty, staff and students of ASU (including Mountain Home) may attend seminars at a reduced charge
