Dana Power Company Limited is dealings with power plant, renewable energy, diesel generator
etc. In my division I am responsible for Power Plant & Renewable Energy. My main responsibility
for this division is full engineering, planning & designing, operation & maintenance of
conventional & renewable energy based power plant, urban and industrial solar electric system,
rural “Solar Home System” (SHS) through the six branch offices across the country.
1. Planning, designing and implementation of Power Projects (IPP Projects) under my supervisior.
Applicable for both Fuel and Renewable Energy based IPP.
2. Understanding the client requirement and accordingly offer preparation.
3. Understanding the qualification criteria of the tender document and prepare the check list.
4. Understanding the scope of work and according vendor sourcing.
5. Site survey, primary selection of site, technical feasibility and generate report for the supervisor.
6. Designing of Power Plant substation based on fault level calculation.
7. Alignment and preparing the RFQ for the offering of qualified vendor.
8. Selection of Generator, transformer, switchgear, Control and protection under my supervision.

10. Preparing the Comparative statement and generate report for the evaluation to the supervisor
11. Project Management for the implementation of private / govt. projects
12. Preparing Financial model and primary tariff calculation and report to the supervisor.

19. Responsible for maintaining communication with IDCOL & GIZ for renewable energy based
projects.
20. Responsible for taking report and monitoring daily activities of all branch managers & arrange
training session for branch officials and give training to them.
21. Responsible for sales in urban and industrial area of solar electricity system etc.
22. Responsible for visiting and auditing branch offices and report accordingly to the supervisor.
