The process itself is clean and dirty at the same time. Project managers need a tidy working environment to plan where the explosives should go. The dirty phase happens when they demolish the building, where tons of debris come crashing down to earth for the last time.

ABSTRACT : This study aimed to determine the academic stress in relation to academic performance of high
school students in the new normal education. The researcher utilized the descriptive research design
withquestionnaire as the instrument in gathering data from the 392 students who were randomly selected.
Statistical analysis shows that the assessment on academic stress was ―Moderately Stressful‖ and on
well-being was ―Sometimes‖. The academic performance the students was rated ―Very Satisfactory‖. There is
significant difference on sex towards academic undertaking and parental pressure while significant on age
towards academic undertaking. There is significant difference according to learning modality on emotional,
social, intellectual and spiritual well-being; significant on sex towards physical well-being and grade level
towards intellectual well-being. There is negligible correlation between the level of academic stress and
academic performance and positive slight correlation between the well-being and academic performance.
It is recommended thatparents are encouraged not to force children to have good academic
performance. Need to assessed and understand the intellectual ability of the children. Students are encouraged to
participate in activities promoting health, social, and spiritual wellness and further study be conducted on the
design of a curriculum which optimizes the balance between the ‗push‘ factors bringing out the students,

The study was carried out to investigate “social connections strategy and it influence on the first year adolescent academic adjustment in Cameroon state Universities. The researcher made used of mixed method with a concurrent nested research design. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. The sample was made up of 759 students proportionately selected from five state Universities University of Bamenda, University of Buea, University of Maroua and University of Yaounde 1 and university of Betoua . Data was analysed using inferential and descriptive statistics. The descriptive statistical tools used were frequency count, percentages and multiple responses set which aimed at calculating the summary of findings. To test the hypothesis, the Spearman rho test was used because the data were not normally distributed based on the statistics of the test of normality assumption trend. In addition to the Spearman’s rho test, the Cox and Snell test was equally computed to explain the explanatory power in the hypothesis in terms of percentage to ease comprehension in readers who find it difficult to interpret the correlation coefficient value. On the other, the qualitative data derived from open ended questions were analysed using the thematic analysis approach with the aid of themes, groundings frequency and quotations. Findings showed that social connections r value 0.442 , p value 0.001 significantly influence the academic adjustment of newly admitted University students. The positivity of the influence implied that newly admitted University students are more likely to be academically adjusted when they are social connected with significant others. ABSTRACT:The teaching and learning process has been a big revolution since Corona Virus Disease 19
(COVID-19) has spread out to the world. This paper assessed adoption of Online Teaching and Learning in the
Midst of COVID-19 in Tertiary Learning Institutions in Tanzania. Specifically, the study examined readiness
level of students and teachers on the practices of online teaching and learning strategy during COVID-19 and
lock down; the attitude of students towards online teaching and learning; and online teaching and learning
facilities in Tertiary Learning Institutions in Tanzania. A case study research design was adopted while a sample
of 87 respondents was selected using judgemental sampling technique. Data was collected through a
questionnaire tool while descriptive statistics was used for data analysis. The findings revealed that57.5% of
students were ready to learn though online services. On other hand the findings revealed that college
management and staff were not ready to adopt online teaching and learning strategy. The reluctant of staffs
were caused by inadequate online learning resources, incapability of staff, and absence of policies and
guidelines issued by government on application of online teaching and learning programs. The study concludes
that although there was high degree of readiness of students and internet accessibility, the adoption of online
teaching and learning strategy was impossible due to inadequate facilities. Therefore, the study recommend to
the government to establish and issue the policies and guidelines about the application of online teaching and
learning technologies.

Case Study Research Proposal
This research proposal details a case study of an academic success course for undergraduate transfer students at a university. The purpose is to evaluate how the course assists transfer students with persistence, academic success, and feelings of transfer shock. The study will collect data through student and instructor surveys, interviews, artifact analysis, and observations. It aims to answer how the course helps with persistence and success, how it impacts feelings of transfer shock and skills, and instructor perceptions of its effectiveness. The results could be used to improve the course and support transfer students.

ABSTRACT : This study aimed to determine the academic stress in relation to academic performance of high
school students in the new normal education. The researcher utilized the descriptive research design
withquestionnaire as the instrument in gathering data from the 392 students who were randomly selected.
Statistical analysis shows that the assessment on academic stress was ―Moderately Stressful‖ and on
well-being was ―Sometimes‖. The academic performance the students was rated ―Very Satisfactory‖. There is
significant difference on sex towards academic undertaking and parental pressure while significant on age
towards academic undertaking. There is significant difference according to learning modality on emotional,
social, intellectual and spiritual well-being; significant on sex towards physical well-being and grade level
towards intellectual well-being. There is negligible correlation between the level of academic stress and
academic performance and positive slight correlation between the well-being and academic performance.
It is recommended thatparents are encouraged not to force children to have good academic
performance. Need to assessed and understand the intellectual ability of the children. Students are encouraged to
participate in activities promoting health, social, and spiritual wellness and further study be conducted on the
design of a curriculum which optimizes the balance between the ‗push‘ factors bringing out the students,
maintaining standards, etc.), and inducing undue and unproductive stress.

The study was carried out to investigate “social connections strategy and it influence on the first year adolescent academic adjustment in Cameroon state Universities. The researcher made used of mixed method with a concurrent nested research design. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire. The sample was made up of 759 students proportionately selected from five state Universities University of Bamenda, University of Buea, University of Maroua and University of Yaounde 1 and university of Betoua . Data was analysed using inferential and descriptive statistics. The descriptive statistical tools used were frequency count, percentages and multiple responses set which aimed at calculating the summary of findings. To test the hypothesis, the Spearman rho test was used because the data were not normally distributed based on the statistics of the test of normality assumption trend. In addition to the Spearman’s rho test, the Cox and Snell test was equally computed to explain the explanatory power in the hypothesis in terms of percentage to ease comprehension in readers who find it difficult to interpret the correlation coefficient value. On the other, the qualitative data derived from open ended questions were analysed using the thematic analysis approach with the aid of themes, groundings frequency and quotations. Findings showed that social connections r value 0.442 , p value 0.001 significantly influence the academic adjustment of newly admitted University students. The positivity of the influence implied that newly admitted University students are more likely to be academically adjusted when they are social connected with significant others. ABSTRACT:The teaching and learning process has been a big revolution since Corona Virus Disease 19
(COVID-19) has spread out to the world. This paper assessed adoption of Online Teaching and Learning in the
Midst of COVID-19 in Tertiary Learning Institutions in Tanzania. Specifically, the study examined readiness
level of students and teachers on the practices of online teaching and learning strategy during COVID-19 and
lock down; the attitude of students towards online teaching and learning; and online teaching and learning
facilities in Tertiary Learning Institutions in Tanzania. A case study research design was adopted while a sample
of 87 respondents was selected using judgemental sampling technique. Data was collected through a
questionnaire tool while descriptive statistics was used for data analysis. The findings revealed that57.5% of
students were ready to learn though online services. On other hand the findings revealed that college
management and staff were not ready to adopt online teaching and learning strategy. The reluctant of staffs
were caused by inadequate online learning resources, incapability of staff, and absence of policies and
guidelines issued by government on application of online teaching and learning programs. The study concludes
that although there was high degree of readiness of students and internet accessibility, the adoption of online
teaching and learning strategy was impossible due to inadequate facilities. Therefore, the study recommend to
the government to establish and issue the policies and guidelines about the application of online teaching and
learning technologies.

By using the qualitative research study research has tried to find out solution for the same with the sample of 60 students of undergraduate of Parul University. Faculty members were challenged to continue teaching beyond the traditional mode during the COVID19 pandemic. Therefore, the research focused on the level of management functions and technological preparedness
of the faculty members with permanent employment status under the business programs of higher education
institutions (HEIs) in Nueva Vizcaya. The idea behind the research was drawn from the theories of planning,
organizing, leading, and controlling and technology preparedness in terms of technology access, technology skills
and literacy, and attitude toward technology. The study’s findings revealed that faculty members have a high level
of management and technology preparedness. Moreover, the study revealed that the profile of the faculty members
had no relationship to their level of implementation of management strategies. On the other hand, younger faculty
members have greater technology access and literacy skills. Furthermore, profiles were not a significant factor in
their level of attitude toward technology. More results showed that when the level of implementation of management
strategies is high, the result is also high in terms of technological preparedness. Based on the study’s findings, the
researcher recommended an enhanced program for better implementation of flexible learning in HEIs.Similar to Assignment2 (20)
