3.  As you walk into Panera’s, your eyes are instantly drawn to the display
case showcasing the delectable baked goods made daily by the friendly
staff.
 There is a soup and sandwich menu which is easy to read and hangs over
the cashiers immediately to the right of the display case.
 There are a variety of choices and the food is always good. The staff is
friendly and happy to answer any questions.
 New and surprising baked goods can be found along with the old
standbys.
 Seating is plentiful and comfortable with large windows to watch the
world go by.
 New choices are regularly offered and are usually very good.
 Service is easy and wait times are very short.
 A great place to grab a quick bite any time of the day.

5.  As you walk in the double doors, you are immediately exposed to books, books, book,
and more books.
 The selection of reading material is huge and easy to find.
 The Nook kiosk is just inside the door encouraging patrons to buy.
 To the right are the magazine racks and the Starbucks café with a nice selection of
flavored coffees, teas and assorted goodies. Soup and sandwiches are also available.
 Staff is courteous and very helpful and will look for any title requested and will even
track it down at other stores if not available there.
 There is a children’s section with a wide range of reading material for all ages and
scheduled storytime.
 Other items such as journals, bookends and book lights, games, puzzles, and other toys
are also available. To the rear of the store is a video section.
 There are always surprise items to be found throughout the store.
 Cash registers are just to the left of the main door for easy access and short wait times.

7.  Target is a huge store with well known branding apparent throughout.
 Almost anything can be found within its walls from toiletries, to clothing,
to electronics, to house-wares, to toys, and even groceries.
 As you walk in the door, you walk into a huge open area where large
shopping carts are immediately available.
 Departments are well labeled and easy to find for instant shopping for
specific items.
 There is a Starbucks café just to the left of the main doors where you can
stop for a quick flavored coffee, tea or other forms of refreshment. Tables
are also available for taking a break and chatting with a friend.
 Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered within its
walls and always ready to lend a helping hand.

9.  As you walk in the doors to Charming Charlie's, you are immediately assaulted by
pockets of color.
 Items are displayed by color, keeping the different colors and shades together.
 Not only are there earrings, necklaces and bracelets, but a consumer can also find
belts, scarves and purses all of a similar and matching color.
 Accessories in every color of the rainbow are easy to find and match.
 Employees are friendly and helpful and more than willing to answer any
questions.
 The environment is welcoming and warm.
 Soft music from the 60’s and 70’s plays in the background making the atmosphere
fun.
 A sense of fun can be found throughout and the prices can’t be beat.
 Surprises abound around every nook and corner.
 The kind of place you must look through over and over before purchasing
anything to see what you may have missed the first few times through.

 Wide variety of flavorful dishes.
 Open space with plenty of cozy tables – little islands of peace to enjoy your meal. Booths
affording more privacy are also available
 Outside seating for those warm months add to the experience.
 A sushi chef on staff makes exotic and fundamental sushi dishes upon request.
 Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
 Surprising touches can be found everywhere if you pay attention.
 A fully stocked bar with an experienced bartender adds to the experience for those who
don’t wish the green tea or saki.
 The atmosphere is one of quiet elegance.

13.  A surprise from the word go.
 As you enter the front doors you are immediately drawn up to the main floor via an
elegant combination staircase and escalator.
 Elegance and luxury are found throughout.
 Staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly without being obtrusive.
 A comfortable, fully stocked bar sits to the right of the staircase as you reach the top
accessed via a curving ramp or a short set of stairs.
 To the right of the bar can be found a miniature bowling alley with 6 lanes all capped
with huge television screens showing the current sporting events or news.
 There is also an area with a three pool tables, shuffleboard and darts if bowling is not
your game.
 Of course, the main event at Cinebistro is the luxury theatres of which there are 7.
 Amenities include; Reserved theatre seating, Ultra-luxurious high back leather rocking
chairs, In-seat service, Online and in-theatre ticketing, Digital cinema with 3D
capabilities, Chef created full menu prepared daily, Premium cocktails and signature
drinks with an extensive wine menu.
