3. Aspect Exhibitions was formed
by Paul Gristwood. Paul started
in the industry at the age of 19 back
in 1984, working for a company
specialising in the Meroform M12
system and providing custom build
exhibition stands. Paul worked his way
up through the company rising from a
humble labourer/installer to workshop/
production manager gaining seven
years’ experience before setting up
Aspect Exhibitions in 1991.

business with two of Paul’s sons
and one nephew working within

Exhibitions for over 4 years
and is predominantly workshop

the test. Derek did his carpentry
apprenticeship straight from school
and has worked for a number of
joinery and exhibition companies
and came to us with 13 years of
exhibition experience.
Andrew Gristwood

Paul’s eldest son has worked for the
company for over 10 years and has
a wealth of knowledge of the
exhibition industry. Andrew has
worked with almost every exhibition
system and has worked all over
Europe. His knowledge of the industry
and venues along with his calm
