manufacturing over 30,000
units per week, with the built-in
flexibility to rapidly increase our
capabilities if required. Symphony
uses some of Europe’s most
advanced manufacturing and
assembly technology; including
a state-of-the-art paint plant,
drilling and edging machines.
Our capacity for supplying
assembled cabinets is one of
the largest in the UK and our
factory covers 750,000 sq ft,
which offers built-in flexibility
to meet changing demands.
With a typical stock value holding
of £15 million, of which £6.5
million is safety stock, you can be
confident that your requirements
will be consistently met.
Our purpose built facilities
cover over 100 acres and we
have incorporated the highest
BREEAM standards into
the construction.

At Symphony, we understand that

are made by our own fleet.
Our 139-strong fleet of fully-
owned vehicles are some of the
most economical and our delivery
routes are consistently optimised
to ensure that they are the most
direct and efficient therefore
keeping journeys to a minimum.
We have a UK-wide network of
strategically placed trunking depots
providing greater flexibility and a
more reliable delivery service.
Ensuring deliveries are correct
is our priority, which is why all items
are scanned on and off vehicles,
with the majority of kitchens
delivered without any reported
defects. Due to our high stock
holding, we pride ourselves on
never balancing standard kitchen

Symphony directly employs
a nationwide team of Installation
Managers who ensure that each
project progresses smoothly and
to the agreed timescales. Our
Installation Managers are split
across eight regions and undertake
direct plot management and
coordinate deliveries. We only
use approved independent fitters
on site and they are regularly
audited to ensure they
meet our high standards.

A Customer Care Manager
is dedicated to investigating
and resolving any post-occupation
warranty queries that may arise.
Split over twelve regions, our
team resolve 95% of customer
care queries within 30
working days or less.

Your BAM will introduce you to
the local team who will personally
be managing each plot. The BAM
will guide you through the initial
site set up options and provide
detailed kitchen designs through
our in-house Design Department.

offer a Premium Projects service.
Here our BAM is supported by
our Retail Showroom Fitting
Teams who are experienced in
project managing and installing

Designs will be created by our
Premium Projects Designers who
are skilled in creating stunning
kitchen designs for these types of
properties. The entire process is
coordinated by a Premium Project
Installation Manager who works
alongside the BAM, from initial
designs through to plot sign off.

Projects team for those
prestigious and unique projects,
such as high rise, city-centre
developments. Each project is
assessed individually, allocated
and managed by a skilled Project
