Orientation).
 Maintaining records of employee participation in all training programs and issue certificates for participants.
 Conductingtrainingforstaff indifferentsubjects such as (English training for Arabic staff and communication skills
for frontline staff.
 Conduct performance analysis and assessment of training sessions and present it to the management.
 Coordinate with HOD to fill (TNA)
 Prepare annual training plan based on (TNA).
 Prepare monthly training report.

Monitorstaff performance (Probationary evaluations,Annualperformance evaluationsandRe‐ contractingevaluations)
