We developed TBA Collateral application which is responsible for sending fax. Users need the ability to view TBA
exposures and send faxes for the daily collateral calls to the custodians. The faxes will be created as PDF files and
emailed to RightFax which is a vendor application integrated with MS Outlook to send out faxes via email. The users
can edit the collateral (type, quantity etc.) being asked for. In addition to sending faxes for collaterals, users will be
able to cancel out previously sent faxes. Finally, the system should keep an audit trail of the user’s actions
regarding editing the collateral, sending or canceling faxes etc.
