what you have learned about your physical fitness
level and challenges, please address the following
points in your initial post:
Examine your exercise behaviors and habits
before you began this course.
Then, reflect on the knowledge you have gained
over the last few weeks and assess four specific
fitness-
related goals that you have for yourself as a result
of what you have learned.
Will you have to alter your previous exercise
behaviors and habits so that you can advance to
the “next level” of fitness? Explain your answer
and give examples.
