Why do we act aggressively? What do we risk?
- We are afraid that we won’t get what - Conflicts with other people ( they feel
we want, endangered),
- We are not confident, - The loss of respect for ourselves,
- It was effective earlier on, - The loss of respect for others,
- We want to attract attention, - We won’t get on with others,
- We want to demonstrate our authority, - Serious stress,
- We want to vent the anger ( which is - It can lead to violence

- We want to manipulate other people
Why do we act submissively? What do we risk?
- We are afraid of losing approbation - The loss of confidence,
of hers, - The sense of harm, anger, frustration,
- We are afraid of other people reaction, - We can encourage others to dominate,
- We think it is an appropriate, polite - Exhalation caused by accumulation
behaviour, of feelings
- We want to avoid conflicts,
- We want to manipulate other people

- We are pleased with ourselves - People won’t like us for expressing
and with others, our feelings,
- We respect ourselves and others, - Getting pigeonholed as a combative
- It helps us achieve goals and realize person,
needs, - we won’t get on with others
- We don’t hurt others,
- We are getting more confident,
- We are controlling our life,
- We are fair to ourselves and others
