5. Communication Process
The importance of communication cannot be overemphasized in the outsourcing scenario. We
will customize our standard processes required for generation, disseminating and publishing
the information about the project. During the inception phase of the project, the processes for
monitoring and control of the project would be determined.
The Project Manager/Team Lead will update the project site daily. This enables the
stakeholders to be informed of the detailed project status and history at all times. He will also
publish a communications plan on the project site. The communications plan will indicate the
frequency and the method of reporting to the stakeholders.
