Peter Blake was a British pop artist who became well known in the late 1950s for paintings incorporating imagery from advertisements, music hall entertainment, and wrestlers, often including collaged elements. Leonardo da Vinci was an Italian Renaissance polymath who made contributions to numerous fields including painting, sculpture, architecture, music, mathematics, engineering, invention, anatomy, geology, cartography, botany, and writing. Joseph Cornell was an American artist and sculptor who was a pioneer of assemblage art and incorporated found objects into his sculptures. He was also an experimental filmmaker and was influenced by Surrealism.
