4. Traditional • Example: THE SIXTH SENSE • Sound and font is used to create the mood of the film. • Consists of basic elements. • Easy for the audience to relate and understand. • It is specific to the Genre.
5. Straight Into • Example: SCREAM • No Titles • Starts directly into the action • Creates an intense introduction • Used in Action/Horrror movies
6. Stylised • Combination of 'Straight into' and 'Discrete'. • Sets immediate tone, atmosphere and Genre. • Intense introduction. • Plot is not recognised during title sequence. • Example:
