● Most of states in the Region have adopted the Open Data Charter
● A small number of public servants in the measured institutions are informed
on what is Open Data
● Trainings and workshops are necessary for public servants to learn on how
to create and publish documents in an open data format
● In order to start publishing datas, there should be a political willingness.
● Political establishment of the institutions are requesting CSO support on this.
