ISTE 1 in 3 Talk Robert Miller will describe his experiences as a high school student supporting technology. He began working for an education nonprofit when he was 14 and will describe his work over the past ten years in working with schools throughout the U.S. addressing issues related to digital diversity. Pulling from his experience, Robert will discuss what students can do when given opportunities to lead efforts involving technology infrastructure and integration support in their schools. Student voice is necessary but not sufficient. Under-served students must also be allowed to act on their ideas and use their expertise to transform schools.
