Random forest model for forecasting vegetable prices: a case study in Nakhon ...
The objectives of this research were developing a model for forecasting vegetable prices in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province using random forest and comparing the forecast results of different crops. The information used in this paper were monthly climate data and average monthly vegetable prices collected between 2011 – 2020 from Nakhon Si Thammarat meteorological station and Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Commercial Office, respectively. We evaluated model performance based on mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), root mean squared error (RMSE), and mean absolute error (MAE). The experimental results showed that the random forest model was able to predict the prices of vegetables, including pumpkin, eggplant, and lentils with high accuracy with MAPE values of 0.09, 0.07, and 0.15, with RMSE values of 1.82, 1.46, and 2.33, and with MAE values of 3.32, 2.15, and 5.42, respectively. The forecast model derived from this research can be beneficial for vegetable planting planning in the Pak Phanang River Basin of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand.

Multidimensional schema for agricultural data warehouse
Abstract Agriculture is one of the important issues for a nation’s economy and it required technical breakthroughs in this century. With today’s computerized world, the agricultural data processing is an increasing need for formers and decision makers. Agricultural data is diversified, complex and non-standard. Developing a data warehouse for agricultural is a key challenge for researchers. The objective of this work is to design a data warehouse about crops and their requirements. The proposed data warehouse may be extended to Decision Support System (DSS) combine with data mining techniques. We proposed a multidimensional data warehouse for agriculture that provides solutions for farmers and gives response of their ad-hoc quires. This multidimensional schema further promotes star schema and snowflake schema that are commonly used to design data warehouses. In our manuscript normalization is applied to store the data in to star schema and duplicate values are removed, so that space and time complexities could be minimized. Index Terms: Agriculture, Data Warehouse, Multidimensional Schema, Dimensional Modeling, OLAP

IRJET- Agricultural Crop Classification Models in Data Mining Techniques
This document discusses using Naive Bayes classification to classify agricultural crop types using Landsat satellite imagery data. Truth Table Generator
This document discusses a truth table generator program that takes in a propositional logic expression from the user and generates the truth table for that expression. MPSKM Algorithm to Cluster Uneven Dimensional Time Series Subspace Data

A Novel Approach for Clustering Big Data based on MapReduce
Clustering is one of the most important applications of data mining. It has attracted attention of researchers in statistics and machine learning. It is used in many applications like information retrieval, image processing and social network analytics etc. It helps the user to understand the similarity and dissimilarity between objects. Cluster analysis makes the users understand complex and large data sets more clearly. There are different types of clustering algorithms analyzed by various researchers. Kmeans is the most popular partitioning based algorithm as it provides good results because of accurate calculation on numerical data. But Kmeans give good results for numerical data only. Big data is combination of numerical and categorical data. Kprototype algorithm is used to deal with numerical as well as categorical data. Kprototype combines the distance calculated from numeric and categorical data. With the growth of data due to social networking websites, business transactions, scientific calculation etc., there is vast collection of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data. So, there is need of optimization of Kprototype so that these varieties of data can be analyzed efficiently.In this work, Kprototype algorithm is implemented on MapReduce in this paper. Experiments have proved that Kprototype implemented on Mapreduce gives better performance gain on multiple nodes as compared to single node. CPU execution time and speedup are used as evaluation metrics for comparison.Intellegent splitter is proposed in this paper which splits mixed big data into numerical and categorical data. Comparison with traditional algorithms proves that proposed algorithm works better for large scale of data.

This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
