This document is an inter-observer agreement form used to evaluate a teacher's performance. It contains 9 indicators that three observers discuss and provide a final consensus rating for each one. The form is used to rate a teacher's mastery of content, use of teaching strategies, classroom management skills, use of assessment, and ability to address student needs. The observers discuss their individual ratings for each indicator and agree on a final rating, which is not an average but a reasoned, agreed upon judgment.
