raised by various system integrators and delivery teams. I primarily liaise with key
stakeholders in Supply chain & Finance, business analysts and management
consultants to understand the change and manage IT delivery teams and back office

EVO is a Vodafone Business Transformation programme in the Finance/Supply Chain
Management/Human Resources space, underpinned by a single SAP platform. It is single
largest IT transformation in Vodafone history, spanning 16 releases, over six years, to 25
operating companies.

Change and Deployment
1. Own changes and co-ordinate proposals between various stakeholders with
Vodafone and external suppliers. Ensure changes are 100% SOX complaint.
2. Drive CAB and negotiate changes done and investigate changes done to a
particular process or code for a country affects other parts of Vodafone. Ensuring
95% CAB (Change Advisory Board) Acceptance ratio.
3. Ensure emergency changes are delivered on time.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on completed changes, quality metrics
and outstanding changes and present it to Vodafone Group stakeholders. Present
the progress made on the changes raised to the key stakeholders.
5. Investigate planned downtimes, assess risks and impact and present it to the
principal advisory board for approval.
6. Participate and ensure operations assessment and testing before the change is live
7. Create, review and manage various documents to ensure process sanity.
8. Conduct training sessions as part of cross functional training group and also for the
new joiners.
Release and Deployment
1. Participate in requirement gathering and record requirements in business case
document. Co-ordinate with CoE for acceptance study.
2. Review vendor impact analysis submitted by different vendors, negotiate changes
and submit reports to principal advisory board and program management office.
3. Manage defects raised during product testing, UAT, regression testing, copy back,
upgrades, infrastructure changes etc. and drive them to closure.
4. Prepare detailed technical deployment plan for dress rehearsal and go-live.
5. Indirectly manage technical teams and influence decisions made by project
managers from different local operating companies to adhere group processes.
6. Participate in business discussions post go-live to see if there is post deployment
changes required.
7. Act as a single point of contact for all incidents and changes post go-live affecting
EVO as part of warranty period management.
8. Manage end to end support transition from system integrators to Vodafone Shared
Services post warranty support phase. Monitor knowledge transfer and ensure
changes done in the system can be supported in BAU mode.

Developed a fully functional inventory management system front end with all the CRUD
operations using AngularJS, advanced javascript, HTML5 and CSS3.
