International Limited, Ezemak Construction Limited, Riders Kenya Limited and currently with Fidelity Commercial Bank
Limited in the position of Executive Assistant and Customer Relationship Management and undertaking various roles
including and not limited to:
 Handling Operations
 Handling Operations for Customer service
 Financial Accounting Using Quick Book
 Handling invoices. Quotations, statements
 Carrying out inventories
 Custody of the branch key and opening the branch
 Collecting the Cash on behalf of the branch
 IT knowledge
 Maintaining as effective filing system
 preparing routing correspondence
 Updating the books for the members
 Handling clients issues
 Cross selling Bank Product
 Handling queries from the clients
 Handling Circulation for all banks weekly
 Make appointments for the Directors.
 Organizing meeting events.
 Flight Booking for all the Managers
 Acted as a direct link between the company and the Client
 Liaising with local and international customers through mail, phone and direct contact on behalf of the
company
 Developing appropriate metrics to measure performanceand provide indicators of areas to improve.
 Writing service agreements for all anticipated products and services the company offered including sales,
planting, spraying and harvesting programs.
 Negotiating on purchase for various products and services with local and international clients.
 Relieving the Managing Director secretary and duties are as below;
 Listening, attending to and solving all the customers' complaints to meet their needs.
 Handling tender issues and filling the tenders
 Sitting in the Alco Sub Committeeof the Bank (Asset Liability to take Minutes – then circulate to MD, GM-
Credit, and GM- Administration.
 Assisting the GM with matter relating HR (Calculating leave days, appointment letters
 Ensuring that all securities are properly tacked in a security bag and Kept in strong room (safe)
 Am well presentable and groomed, with great Personality, Charismatic and very Professional.
 At times am in charge of the operation of the bank including opening and closing.
