1963- Founded by John Staudinger Sr. in Clifton, NJ in the basement of his Arlington Ave home
1968 Moved into 3,800 sq ft building
1978 Built and moved into new 18,000 sq ft facility
1988 Expands to 24,000 sq ft
1998- AMT expands to 80K sq ft moving facility to Fairfield, NJ.
2000- AMT becomes ISO 9001 certified
2005- Upgraded to new INFOR Visual ERP System
2005- Approved as a Textron System Certified Supplier .
2006- Initiated Lean Manufacturing Initiatives- began a 1 year training program funded by State of
NJ.
November 2006- Purchased TITAN Technologies International- manufactures and distributes a high-
end line of hydraulic and pneumatic torque wrenches
April 2007-Approved by the DOD to participate with Sikorsky Aircraft in the prestigious Mentor
Protégé Program.
October 2008-Become AS9100 Certified by DNV
2012- Certified to AS9100C-ISO9001:2008
2013-Celebrating 50 Yrs. of Continuous improvement
2014- SOLD Titan Technologies –supplier to CP TITAN
2015 – November 6th, Purchased by ARLINGTON PRECISION COMPONENTS, a Division
of WINGMAN HOLDINGS, a Rift Valley Equity Company.
