7. RESEARCH GAP
I FOUND GAP DURING STUDY OF THIS PAPER AS
ONLY FOCUSED ON IMPACT OF STRESS ON
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (DIRECT INTEREST OF
AN ORAGANIZATION).
BUT DID NOT FOCUS ON EMPLOYEE MENTAL
HEALTH WHICH COULD ALSO DEMAGE DURING IN
STRESS(DIRECT INTERST OF AN EMPLOYEE).
8. RESULTS
ON THE BASIS OF CORRELATION & REGRESSION
CANCLUSION WAS GENRATED AS:
STRESS IN RETURN DECREASES PERFORMANCE.
WORKLOAD, RISKYNESS, AND POOR
RELATIONSHIPS ARE MAIN FACTORS OF THIS
CANCLUSION.
BUT STRESS CAN BE REDUCED THROUGH PROPER
WORKING HOURS, INTERPERSONAL
RELATONSHIPS & PROPER SUPERVISION OF
BANKERS.
