Anthony Raspa Worked as
Transition Manager
 Anthony Raspa has been the former transition
manager.
 His responsibility was to drive the design and
delivery of major transition projects for Government
Departments and Enterprise, as well as
infrastructure and other works for clients in the
mining industry, including business continuity,
disaster recovery, IT risk management, and change
management.
 Overall, he holds strong portfolio and program
management skills.
 Besides this he harnesses methodologies, business
intelligence, tools and techniques to effectively
coordinate diverse activities and work flows that
drive results and ensure attainment of goals.
His Role as the Project Manager
at IMDEX
 Anthony holds the management of a diverse
portfolio of projects from Drilling Optimisation,
Downhole Navigation, and Structural Geology,
In-Field Geoanalysis, Driller Operable
Geophysics and their Cloud and Android
applications to support these products.
 Regarding his responsibilities, he took full
responsibility for the definition, documentation,
and successful completion of complex
projects, thus ensuring that realistic project,
quality, change control and risk management
processes are maintained.
He Supported Key Business
Requirements as Program Manager at
Horizon Power
 Anthony Raspa supported key business
requirements whilst remaining compliant with
security within a highly regulated environment.
 He also formulated and defined objectives and
outcomes.
 In addition to this Anthony has provided
strategic planning and subject matter
expertise.
 He managed a diverse team and led the
development of a long-term vision for
Programs, Projects, Business Intelligence,
Service Delivery and Technology across the
organisation.
