Anna Pavlova was a famous Russian ballerina born in 1881. She entered the Imperial Ballet School at age 10 and quickly rose to become the prima ballerina. Pavlova performed in many classic ballets and became renowned for her beautiful dancing and costumes. She toured internationally and brought ballet to new audiences before tragically passing away from pneumonia in 1931.
