2. INTRODUCTION
 The Compny was established in the Year 1976, with its
head office in the Central India at Nagpur.
Ankur Seeds Pvt. Ltd. engages in research and
development, production, and processing cash and filed
crops, and vegetables seeds.
 The company offers cotton, sunflower, and safflower
seeds; chilli, brinjal, bitter and bottle gourd, cabbage,
lobiya, longmelon, guar, okra, tinda, gourd, pumpkin,
tomato, onion, and cucumber seeds; and rice, sorghum,
maize, and bajra seeds.
It markets its seeds through its marketing department and
a dealer/distributor network.

 Mission:-
Ankur Seeds has realized the future needs of the
industry and has geared up for the same. Biotechnology
through bio safety for the benefit of mankind is Ankur's
vision beyond 2020.

Monsanto.
 Ankur has now kept
a target of selling
around 50-52 lakh
packets of Bt cotton
seeds in the current
year (2012-13).
 To achieve a target
revenue of over 400
crore in Bt Cotton.

incorporated on 15 November, 1976.
 Its registered office is at 27 NEW COTTON
MARKETLAYOUT NAGPUR , Maharashtra and paid-up
capital is INR 2500.0 lacs.
 Its last reported annual general meeting, per our records,
was held on 30 December, 2015. The company has 5
