 Cluster Optimization – Monitor and Optimize Cluster’s KPIs for 4 weeks
 Acceptance- After Cluster Optimization,Handover of ZA Responsibilityto Operator
Responsibilities
During SSV :-
 Export and Process RNC Dumps ( RNS, Kget Log) from OSS-RC
 Audit & Alignmentof Parameters after Swap.
 Define Required Neighbour
 Alarm & Hardware issue Check
 Parameter change recommendation to meet48H mandatoryKPI
During Optimization:-

2.  Check and analyse 21 Mandatory KPIs (Accessibility/Mobility/Retainability/Integrity ) on cluster level based on
