2. Worked in Asia for 18 years and well accustomed with the local market. Started as supervisor
for Holiday Inn Casino Phnom Penh, Cambodia / Holiday Palace Casino Poipet, Cambodia,
transferred to Junket Operations and was in charge of setting the VIP rooms. Junket Operations
involved all kind of transactions with promotional chips and makers issue. Responsible to keep
accurate records for the customers enrolled in program, to complete settlements. Responsible
for the commissions paid to the customers, checked and supervised the payouts done by the
cage clerks. While setting the VIP rooms I had the opportunity to get a new challenge: assist
setting up casino operations supporting departments, starting from the front office to
marketing, cage, food and beverages and housekeeping.
In 2004 I joined Sands Macau where I worked for 11 years and 8 months, last job title held
Table Games Shift Manager. I started as Pit Manager, promoted to Gaming Shift Manager; for
the last 2 years reported directly to the Customer Service Table Games Director. In this position
I was assigned to develop and to implement service levels and standards in Table Games
Operations.
