My own sisters are attempting to steal my house through the efforts of overpaid lawyers. Everything written into the estate thus far shows the property should convey directly to me, but this disgustingly overpriced market is bringing the corporate raider spirit out of both of them. Good thing I've dealt with some of the biggest corporate raiders on the planet. They proved themselves to be spineless snakes by taking this step, but they will be exposed in the long run.

EXPEDITED MOTION FOR LICENSE TO SELL
NOW COMES AMY CHENETTE, Administrator of the Estate of Richard Bergeron, Jr.,
and submits this Expedited Motion for License to Sell and in support thereof state as follows:
1. This matter has been open since Amy Chenette was appointed Administrator of her father
Richard Bergeron, Jr.’s estate on October 28, 2019.
2. Since this time, the estate has owned the property located at 107 Cotton Hill Road in
Belmont, New Hampshire (“the Belmont Property”) (Belknap County Registry of Deeds,
Book 1780, Page 0388).
3. Since this time, heir Richard Bergeron III has been residing in the Belmont Property.
Shortly after the death of Richard Bergeron Jr, Richard Bergeron III expressed to Amy
Chenette and MaryJane Descarpentries his desire to remain in the Belmont Property.
Amy Chenette and MaryJane Descarpentries understood that Richard Bergeron III
desired to remain in the home he had lived in for many years with his father for
sentimental reasons. Thus, based on Richard Bergeron III’s representations, both sisters
agreed to allow Richard Bergeron III to reside in the Belmont Property, if he agreed to be
responsible for the mortgage (which includes various escrow items such as taxes and
insurance).
4. During March and April 2022, in discussions between MaryJane Descarpentries and
Richard Bergeron III, and also in emails from Richard Bergeron III, Richard Bergeron III
has indicated that despite his earlier statements, he does not intend to continue to reside in
the Belmont Property, but rather, he intends to sell the property at an increased value
immediately upon transfer of the property to him. As the sisters had discussed disbursing

the Belmont Property to Richard Bergeron III for its initial inventory value, this change
in Richard Bergeron III’s position would result is a large windfall to him, and a
substantial loss to the estate.
5. During March and April 2022, Richard Bergeron III began making demands on the
Administrator that the Administrator produce a deed conveying the property to him.
Richard Bergeron III has been notified by counsel for the Administrator that no transfer
of the property, to him or anyone else, can occur until such time as said transfer is
approved by the Court. Since Richard Bergeron III indicated that his intent is to sell the
property for profit, as discussed above, the grounds upon which the sisters were
considering disbursement of the Belmont Property to him for a substantially discounted
price no longer exist. Given the advantageous sellers’ real estate market, and Richard
Bergeron III’s change of heart with regard to the sentimental value of the property, the
Administrator has determined that the Estate will be best served by selling the property
on the open market for its appreciated value.
6. As a result of the above, heirs MaryJane Descarpentries and Amy Chenette desire to have
the Belmont Property sold to maximize the value of the estate and to expedite the
resolution of this estate in a timely manner given the increasing costs of borrowing to
home buyers.
7. This motion is being requested to be heard on an expedited basis as the Federal Reserve
recently increased interest rates by 25 basis points, and it is believed that several
additional increases in interest rates are expected over the next few months, which
increases will likely negatively impact the sale value of the Belmont Property.
8. At this time, there are sufficient assets in the estate to pay expected expenses, but there is
a mortgage on the property. The mortgage is $2,251.66 per month (including mortgage
and escrow for insurance and taxes), which is a substantial drain on the estate’s resources.
9. Amy Chenette, as an heir, assents to this motion and it is understood that MaryJane

Descarpentries will also assent to the same.
WHEREFORE, AMY CHENETTE, as the Administrator of the Estate of Richard Bergeron, Jr,
respectfully requests that this Honorable Court:
1) Grant the Administrator’s Motion for License to Sell, on and expedited basis, allowing the
Administrator to place the property located at 107 Cotton Hill Road in Belmont, New
Hampshire on the market to be sold by a licensed real estate agent on the open market; and
2) Grant such other relief as the Court may deem just.
