Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (w/wo coating)
Conventional Ultrasonic Testing
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing
Time and Flight Diffraction(TOFD)
Radiography Testing
Video-Borescopic Inspection/Endoscopic Inspection
Eddy Current Testing
Magnetic Particle Testing
Dye Penetrate Testing
Hardness Testing
Pre and Post Weld Heat Treatment
Vacuum Test
Vibration Analysis (vibration/field balancing)
Thermography
Lube Oil Analysis (Viscosity ,Oxidation, Nitration, Sulfating, Incorrect lubricant, Wear additives, Soot, Glycol, Water, FAME)
Quality control involves measuring quality characteristics of products and comparing them to standards to identify any deviations. Quality assurance provides confidence that quality achieved meets standards. Key quality documents include the quality assurance plan (QAP), welding procedure specification (WPS), and erection welding schedule (EWS). The QAP outlines inspection stages while the WPS defines welding parameters and the EWS details welding and non-destructive testing requirements. Non-destructive testing methods like radiography, ultrasonic testing, liquid penetrant testing, and magnetic particle inspection are used to identify flaws without damaging materials. Proper preheating, post heating, and post weld heat treatment are important to reduce welding defects and residual stresses.

Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 20 years of solution engineering experience in application security, software continuous delivery, and SaaS platforms. sourced Russian raw materials. The aim is to create a supply
chain independent of external imports and influence.
The firm will supply REM and PM at a level outpacing current
demand, while minimizing the costs associated with mining,
environmental impact and price.
34. Fryazino Magnetic Technologies
Mined REM will be refined to develop and produce a new generation of
high-energy nanostructures permanent magnets.

36. Pharmag LLC Technologies
A central focus of FMT LLC is to understand and develop
applications surrounding magnetic hyperthermia (MH). The
company has demonstrated that this process can be used to
treat medical ailements, including the removal of tumors in a
highly effective manner.
Thad said, the company is focused on reducing the current
shortcomings associated with MH – currently the process is
choatic and uncontrolled. The aim is to create a controlled,
highly-specific application of MH.
The method utilizes magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) with high
thermal properties. Combining this with high-efficiency
equipment, Pharmag has developed methods of treatment that
is intended to eliminate solid tumors.
37. Pharmag LLC Technologies
Controlled MH removes the need for direct, permanent control of
the operating temperature. Precision control of temperature,
including heating/cooling, will prevent overheating of tumors as
well as surrounding tissues undergoing treatment.
The process also eliminates the need of an invasive temperature
sensor. In addition, it eliminates the need for high-freq.
electromagnetic radiation that is harmful to the human body.
