Deputy Operation Manager & Guest Relation Supervisor
 Supervising the Park operations
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all working elements of the High Line structure including
mechanical and specialized lighting systems, a significant water feature, irrigation, plumbing, and electrical
systems, a small fleet of electric cars, trash chute and compactor, security gates, signage, and garbage
collection areas; ;
- Collaborate with contracted maintenance specialists to perform repairs and seasonal
adjustments;
- Conduct daily rounds, reporting any inconsistencies or malfunctions of systems
- Maintain inventories Operations materials
- Train staff To do the job tasks
- Coordinate and participate with restaurants reservation &functions & other departments
- Following up restaurants complains’ welcoming guest & commitment park rules
- Perform winterization and spring start-ups on applicable concerts & theater programmed
- Repair event & festivals concrete, etc.
- Report and remove graffiti on the trees or walls
- Meet daily with assistants to assess priorities and communicate issues.
