 Decreased warehouse rent space from 4k m down to 2k m, with cost reduction of 50k EGP
per month.
 Decreased damaged raw material percentage from 10% down to 2.5%, which impacted the
process in two ways:
 Increasing line capacity by 20%.
 Cost saving of 100k per month.
 Establishment of Zayed warehouse from scratch to fully operated. [Layout, equipment,
barcodes as well as rack system installation].
 Increased warehouse capacity by 15% through re-layout as well as installation of racks.
 Fleet loading/downloading time reduction down from 30 minutes to 20 minutes through
ramping raw material to and from trucks.
 Increased transportation efficiency by 20% [4tons] per transportation as well as reduction
in cost by 50%.
 Increased material handling efficiency between plants by 20% [48 cartons per pallet from
40 cartons per pallet].
 Lead the project of great planes logistics phase launching.
 Decreased changeover frequency from 3x to one changeover per week which resulted in
increment in capacity by 24 hrs [400k EGP per month].
 Minimize the stock level of Raw and packing by 35% during 4 months which impacted the
process in three ways:
 Increasing the cash flow by 18%.
 Increasing the warehouse capacity by 26%.
 Cost saving of 38 Million.
