3. AMERICA IN PROPHECY
Many believe America is the greatest nation ever blessed by God, but few believe
she ought to be mentioned in the Bible. The following argument should cause
skeptics to believe otherwise, in that America has blessed Israel more than any
nation in history. America is the mighty nation which won the two world wars that
enabled the Jews to go back home, and then afterward stood as their only friend.
Since every nation that affected ancient Israel had been mentioned in the Bible, and
since God does not change in his ways, why would he not mention America in the
end time prophecies of Daniel and Revelation? In truth, America ought to be shining
in the Bible as brightly as a full moon rising on a cloudless night . . . and she does.

6. Jesus presented his “Olivet Discourse” in answer to when he returns for his own, confirming
Daniel by stating it was after the great tribulation ended. Jesus has since been contradicted by
undisciplined theologians that dared to take one verse out of context of the Olivet Discourse
to concoct a fable of another return never indicated by Jesus or by any prophet in the Bible.
These false prophets say “Christians” will be gathered before the great tribulation begins.
This fable does not fit the picture Jesus presented, for it divides the gathering of his people and
contradicts his promise to treat the Jew fold and his other fold as one fold under one shepherd.
Jesus lastly gave dire warnings to any that dare add to or subtract from his holy word (refer to
Daniel 9:24, 12:1; Matthew: 24:3, 29-31, 36; John 10:16; Revelation 22:18-19).

scrutinize each piece to fit it correctly into
the picture. No piece should have need to
be forced but ought to just “snap” into
place, and never is it right to cut a piece to
make it fit, for if done the artist’s picture
will have gaping flaws; analogous to when
truths of the coming of the Lord are cut
from the context in which they were
presented and forced to fit elsewhere.

7. The smiting stone from
heaven will crush
the last empire
of Satan.
Signs today herald the return of Jesus to gather his saints, and so Satan is preparing for battle
by resurrecting the empire built under Caesar Augustus. This is the ferocious beast Daniel
saw resurrect in the last days, headed by the man of sin that comes forth from the little horn
nation, and who will declare he is the Christ and attempt to destroy those which do not
worship him. Satan’s strategy is to leave no saint alive for Jesus to receive, and if successful
void the truth of prophecy so to maintain his seat upon the earth, and stay the sentence of
being cast into the lake of fire. Before Satan succeeds, Jesus will fulfill prophecy by cutting
short the days and come as a smiting stone (Daniel 2:34-35, Matthew 24: 22, 30-31) to crush
the empire of Satan, deliver his people, and establish the Kingdom of Christ upon the earth.

and was humbled by the Lord

9. God is Sovereign
Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar this unchanging truth: God decrees what is to happen
and has chosen the heads of every nation. This truth meant God chose past leaders as
Pharaoh, Moses, David, Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, Alexander, Caesar, Washington, Lincoln,
Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Regan, Gandhi, Castro, and Obama so to accomplish His sovereign will.
So what is his will? Daniel revealed this when speaking of the great tribulation: it is the will of
God for his children to be purified, made white, and tested (Matthew 24:15,12:10).
God had chastised King Nebuchadnezzar in order to humble him: O King, this is the decree of
the Most High to come upon you: You shall be driven from men, and your dwelling shall be
with the beasts of the field, and you shall be made to eat grass as do oxen, and you shall be
wet with the dew of heaven, this for seven years till you declare it is the Most High that
rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomsoever he will. And whereas his
command is to leave the stump of the tree roots: your kingdom shall remain, after that you
will have no doubt the heavens do rule (Daniel 4:24-26).
Hebrews 12:6-7 states the Lord disciplines the ones he loves, and chastises every son
whom he receives, and so for seven years God made Nebuchadnezzar eat grass in the field
as an oxen and to cut not his hair or nails until he lifted his eyes to heaven and repented
and declared this truth: And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and
he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the
earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou? Now I,
Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all his works are truth
and his ways just, and those that walk in pride he is able to humble (Daniel 4:33-37).

10. While in exile on Patmos

11. a wakeup call from Jesus
Sixty years later Jesus appeared to John, the last living apostle and now exiled on the
Isle of Patmos because the Romans found it impossible to kill him. In Revelation, Jesus
addressed the seven churches and stated unconditionally what he will do to those that do
not repent. Though many believe they are as good as those that were in the Church
of Philadelphia, to Thyatira and all the churches Jesus had given this wakeup call :
Two days before his crucifixion, Jesus went to Mount Olivet and there forewarned his
disciples of the great tribulation that would come in the last days. In the Revelation to
John, Jesus then warned all the churches they must come to repentance before his
return. In Matthew 24: 9, 21-22 are these words from his Olivet Discourse:
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be
hated of all nations for my name's sake . . . For then shall be great tribulation,
such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever
shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be
saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into
great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children
with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searches the
reins and hearts: and I will give to every one of you according to your works
(Revelation 2: 22-23).

12. Seeing through Rose Colored Glasses
When ominous storm clouds arise, sailors know well to batten down the hatches
and stash the trash, but in contrast to prophecy the saints close their minds and
put on rose colored glasses to ignore the great trouble ahead. In Revelation,
Jesus warned his own to repent, lest they be cast by him into great tribulation.
Despite what the flowery false prophets of today are saying, Jesus must fulfill
each and every promise and thus why one should heed his prophetic word. Jesus
was not the author of confusion, but made clear his prophetic truth was
profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and a call to righteousness.

13. PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM
Both Old and New testaments tell of a literal Kingdom. In Psalms 122:6 David wrote
it is prosperous to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and 200 years later it was
written in Isaiah 9:6-7) the government would be upon the shoulders of the Prince
of Peace. These prophecies define Jesus to be the peace of Jerusalem and the
peace to come. Daniel foretold his Kingdom forms at the close of the 70th Week, at
which will be the resurrection of both the dead and the living (Daniel 9:24-27,
12:1-3, 9). Jesus fulfills these prophecies upon his return, and in his Olivet Discourse
provided the signs meant for a very generation that will see this Kingdom formed.
The King of Kings will sit upon the throne of
David to reign upon the earth, and of his
kingdom there shall be no end (Luke 1:32-33;
Revelation 20:6, 11:15). The capital of his
kingdom will be Jerusalem where his Father’s
house was built, where he was crucified,
where he departed from, and where he will
return to reign and rest forever (1Kings 11:36,
Zechariah 14:16-17, Psalms 132:13-14).

14. The midnight hour is at hand
The vigilant see the midnight hour approaching, as did the wise men 2000 years
ago when they saw the signs foretelling of the coming of the Christ. Jesus warned
of the days preceding his return, first a beginning of sorrows and then great
tribulation. To survive, he warned his own to repent, to cleanse their temples of
the depths of Satan. This age in prophecy is called: the time of the end, the last
days, the last generation, the time of Jacob’s trouble, the great tribulation: it
is the seventieth week of Daniel, and at the end thereof was when Jesus
confirmed he would return to receive his own . . . this on the Day of the Lord.

16. ALL MY SHEEP HEAR MY VOICE
The scriptures are perfectly clear that God treats all his children the same, both
Jew and gentile. Apostle Paul confirmed such in Romans 12:10, stating there is no
difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto
all that call upon him. In John 10:15-16, Jesus said unequivocally he has more
than one fold, yet all his sheep hear his voice and he will bring them together and
will treat them as one fold. The above underlined words indicate not only will the
Jew fold go through the great tribulation but the Gentile churches as well.
Gospel accounts show the only scripture Jesus advised his own to read was Daniel.
In Matthew 24:15 he said, When ye shall see the abomination of desolation,
spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (whosoever readeth, let
him understand). So who was Jesus speaking to? Being “whosoever” means
anyone, it was in reference to any of his sheep, and this is based upon his
statement in John 10:16 that all his sheep hear his voice and they will be treated as
one fold under one shepherd. In accordance with John 10:16 and his directive in
Matthew 24:15, Jesus let Jews and Gentiles know “they would be brought into the
great tribulation together as “one fold” that needed to gain understanding in
Daniel of what is to happen to them following the abomination of desolation.

17. Rejected by his own
At both comings of the Messiah, Ezekiel saw Jesus enter the temple by way of the
eastern gate, but 2000 years ago it was the Jew’s ignorance of the prophecies of
Daniel that caused them to reject Jesus. Daniel provided a 70-week timeline (9:24-27)
to when the Holy One was to first enter the gate and be cutoff and then return at the
end of the age to rule (12:8-10). At the close of the 69th week, his hard hearted-stiffed-
necked-sickly people chose to look for another and were thus destroyed. History
will again repeat as both Jew and Gentile (see John 10:16) will in ignorance look to a
false Messiah, and this is why Jesus told the wise to read the book of Daniel (Matthew
24:15, 25). In setting the stage, Daniel points out the nation from whence will come
the false Messiah, the evil one, and he even provided his full set of finger prints.

18. Daniel’s Seventy Weeks
Daniel’s seventy weeks comprise two periods in God’s
time clock of the Messiah to come and accomplish
the Plan of the Ages. The first period climaxed after
69 weeks (483 years), when Messiah came to be cut
off, killed at the crucifixion. At the end of the age,
the Messiah returns, at the end of the Seventieth
Week, seven years of sorrow and great trouble for
God’s people before being delivered, both the living
and dead to either everlasting life or to eternal
shame and contempt (Daniel 12:1-3). Daniel was
told his prophecies were sealed, not to be opened
till the time of the end, and Daniel was promised he
would rest (sleep in Christ) and then stand with the
Messiah at the end of the days (12:13).

19. Daniel’s Seventy Weeks (continued)
Daniel 9: 24 defines what the Messiah is to accomplish: Seventy weeks
are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city (Jerusalem) to
finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make
reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and
to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
Daniel 9:24-26 foretells time and events of the first 69 weeks: Know,
therefore, and understand from the going forth of the commandment to
restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven
weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and
the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks
shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince
that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end
thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations
are determined.
Daniel 9:27 foretells the final seven years: And he (antichrist) shall
confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the
week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the
overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the
consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The Cross of Christ connects the Old to the New, the answer to the mystery
gap of Daniels Seventy weeks of years. Daniel spoke of only one body of
believers comprised of the dead and the living, these being the elect Jesus said
he would deliver, these on the Day of the Lord. These are the ones Jesus
came to die for, those who came to love God, those through the ages that
sought his face and called upon the name of the Lord to be saved, those
which he had made so they might conform to the image of his son, those

27. A Coming King of Fierce Countenance
Daniel saw the final empire to be a
tyrannical beast that would early on
execute the Christ and then devour
Israel. History shows this was the empire
of Rome created by Octavian, its first
emperor. Daniel then saw this empire to
seemingly die, but in the latter days
resurrect through a new nation called
the little horn. From it he saw a King of
Fierce Countenance arise, one speaking
great dark sentences (great lies) and
possessing the power of Satan. In the
time of great tribulation, Daniel saw this
final emperor destroy the power of the
mighty and holy people (8:23-24; 12:7).

28. Three wars against an invincible Rome
As God’s judgment, Israel fell under Babylonian, Persian and Grecian rule before lastly
coming under Roman rule in 63 BC, the year of Octavian’s birth. Rome at this time was a
peoples republic with elected representatives, but in just one generation Octavian
transformed it to an imperial empire with he anointed as emperor: a remarkable type of
the coming King of Fierce Countenance spoken of by Daniel. By 27 BC, Octavian had
eliminated all his political adversaries and used the military to make his power grab. His
rubber stamp senate gave him title as a god: Caesar Augustus – absolute ruler and
reverend, and honored him by building the temple of Diva Augustus.
In 4 BC, Octavian issued a decree (an executive order) for all in the empire to be taxed at
their birthplace; this decree caused Joseph and Mary to go to Bethlehem and it was also
the catalyst for a Jewish revolt. The Jews, ignorant of Daniel prophecies, cut off Jesus,
because he did not free them, and then revolted against their invincible master Rome,
but in truth were revolting against the judgment of God. Jesus, in knowing the outcome,
wept for Jerusalem and forewarned his own not to take up arms but flee when the armies
gathered (Luke 19:43). His twofold prophecy confirmed Daniel: the horrific 70 year Jewish
revolt (Daniel 9:26) and then the great tribulation preceding his return (Daniel 9:27). In
66 AD, the Jews drew first blood, completely annihilating the 600 man Roman garrison of
Jerusalem which brought on the full vengeance of Rome. Thus began the first of three
wars which resulted in the complete devastation of Israel.

29. The Siege of Jerusalem in 70 AD
Emperor Vespasian commissioned his son Titus, a general possessing no mercy,
to crush all resistance and level Jerusalem . . . and the people of the prince that
shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be
with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined (Daniel 9:26).

Four years before, in 66 AD, the Jews drew first blood by totally annihilating the Roman
garrison of Jerusalem. They then built a 2-mile northern wall to thwart the expected
Roman assault. When General Titus arrived to Judea, he initially delayed the direct
assault against the reinforced city, instead launching a systematic campaign of terror to
eradicate other strongholds, destroy food stores, and severely punish the population. 30

31. THE ROMAN SIEGE TOWERS
The Roman assault began early 70 AD, and expectations of defending the northern wall
proved naïve once Roman engineers erected massive siege towers. Many times in
history the man made walls of Jerusalem failed, and despite the Psephinus Tower this
new wall failed also. To completely crush all resistance, Titus prepared a tight trap to
prevent any escape of insurgents, the very trap Jesus had warned of 37 years before.

33. The Antonia Fortress failed
After six months of intense and vicious defense, the food stores emptied, and to
fight on the Jewish defenders ate rats, and when these were gone began to kill and
cannibalize their own children. Ultimately the well fed - well armed Roman soldiers
broke through the Antonia Fortress onto the temple mount to gain free access to
the city. On that terrible day all hell broke loose, as Jesus warned of, upon all that
did not heed his warning but instead chose to resist the chastisement of their God.

34. an era of extermination began
Josephus, an educated Jewish general captured by the Romans, had agreed to be their
historian. In writing of the one day holocaust, he said Roman soldiers, inflamed by the
Jews vicious defense, burned the temple and showed no mercy to the Jews and the
non-Jews with them: slaughtering 1,100,000 inhabitants and taking 97,000 as slaves:
"The slaughter within was even more dreadful than the spectacle from without. Men
and women, old and young, insurgents and priests, those who fought and those
who entreated mercy, were hewn down in indiscriminate carnage. The legionaries
had to clamber over heaps of dead to carry on the work of extermination.”

35. NOT ONE STONE LEFT UNTURNED
To prevent Jerusalem from ever being a stronghold again, Titus then ordered every
wall in the city torn down to ground level. For the days shall come upon thee, when
thy enemy shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in
on every side, And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee;
and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knowest not
the time of thy visitation (See Matthew 24:2, Luke19:43-44). Jesus warned his own
to put down the sword, and all those that did not were killed.

36. ERASED AS A NATION

After leveling Jerusalem, Rome took absolute control by dispersing the Jews and wiping out
any found resistance, as in 74 AD at the mountain top fortress of Masada. In 115-117 AD,
dispersed Jews which fled to Egypt, Crete, and Cyrene, later joined a revolt that killed a million
Roman citizens. Emperor Trajan ordered these Jews exterminated and their wealth
confiscated. Finally, in 131-136 AD, Simon bar Kokhba, a false messiah led a revolt in Judea.
Emperor Hadrian, realizing the stiff-necked Jews would not accept their demise, ordered the
total extermination of all Jews in the empire; those which escaped fled into all the world as
was prophesied, not to return till the last days when their true Messiah would deliver them.

40. The Wailing Wall
The Wailing Wall is a remnant of the original foundation supporting the temple platform, dating
back to 19 BC when King Herod initiated a massive re-construction and expansion project of
the old Solomon Temple and mount. Though enormous to the eye, one third of its courses are
yet below ground; buried by 20 centuries of rubble. This wall is the second most sacred place
in Jewish faith, the mount it supports being the first, this where Jews pray and lament over the
destruction of their temple. Knowing the Messiah is to come here, is why three times a day for
1900 years devout Jews have prayed here to ask God for their temple to be rebuilt.

It is no coincidence the Eastern Gate (inset on the right) is directly in line to
where the new temple shall be erected to anoint Jesus, and also in line with
the blue dome behind the temple mount, the place where Jesus was crucified.

The blue prints and materials have been prepared so masons can quickly erect a new
temple to be in line with the eastern gate and clear of the Dome of the Rock. The
building materials have even been readied without use of metal tools, as King David
and Solomon were so instructed by God to prepare the altar stones of the temple
(Deuteronomy 27:5). The builders now wait for the call to erect the new temple.

46. the Eastern Gate is sealed
By this gate Jesus entered into Jerusalem to be cut off and shall return to establish his
kingdom. Ezekiel said this gate was to be sealed after the Lord entered, and to remain
sealed for no man to enter except the Lord God of Israel, the prince to come. This means
Antichrist, who shall claim he is the Christ, is prevented to go through it, thus the way to
know he is not the Christ. In 1530, the Ottoman Turks, aware of Ezekiel’s prophecy,
sealed this gate and planted a Muslim cemetery in front, knowing a Jewish rabbi is not
permitted to cross through it, but Jesus, however, is more than a rabbi, he is the Word of
God. He is the Ancient of Days holding the keys to life and death and will return with
great power. After setting his foot on Olivet, Jesus will simply walk through this sealed
gate and be anointed as King (refer to Ezekiel 44, Daniel 7:22, and Revelation 19:11-21).

In Matthew 24:27 Jesus confirmed Zechariah, saying he returns by way of the
east (from the Mount of Olives) and will shine to the west (as he goes into
Jerusalem radiating great glory). Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy
spoil will divide in the midst of thee. His feet shall stand upon the Mount of
Olives before Jerusalem on the east, and it shall cleave toward the east and
toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley as half of the mountain
shall move north and half to the south. . . And the LORD shall be king over all the
earth; in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one (Zechariah 14: 1-9).

49. Eternal Living Waters
Salvation for the world is through the Jews, through the Alpha and Omega that gives
life to the former and hinder seas of divided peoples. John 4:5-29 gives the account at
Jacob’s well of a Samaritan woman coming to Jesus. Though she was not a Jew, she
learned living water had ever been available to end her thirst if she but knew this gift
was from God and but asked. So she asked and left behind her old water pot and
went forth to tell others about the living water she had received from the Christ. She
had drunk from the living well as many did before her, women such as Eve, Ruth,
Naomi, Ester, Mary, and men such as Adam, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon,
Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, the disciples, the thief on the cross, and this writer.
Zechariah 14:8 says in that day shall living
waters go out from Jerusalem; half of them
toward the former (the ancient) sea, and half
of them toward the hinder (the end) sea: in
summer and in winter shall it be. Ezekiel
47:8-9 says these waters will flow east (into
these seas which are divided) to heal the
waters and bring forth a great multitude of
fish (the harvest of Jews and gentiles) and
every thing shall live whither the river cometh.

50. When Jesus told his disciples of the coming sorrows and great tribulation, their
weak faith caused them to doubt if he was truly able to provide their needs. On
their own accord they made decisions placing their lives in peril, as believers today
are doing. Today, many listen to authoritarians that provide no hope, but strangely
choose to ignore a reputable authority, a best selling author having great insight
into troublesome times. He once delivered a message telling the wise to read what
he had shown to Daniel the prophet, a vision revealing when the end was near,
the nation from whence comes forth the man of sin, and a picture to recognize him.
This invaluable insight was provided so believers could survive the great
tribulation, by standing for him by and holding fast to him till he returns.

To understand end-time prophecies in Daniel and John, one needs to understand the
eight kingdoms of Satan that is told of in Revelation 17. The first and longest was Egypt at
the time of Abraham, and the last being the crowned Beast that is to lasts for a space of
three and a half years. The eight kingdoms shown here are with dates and their initial king.

Of the sixth empire (Rome), both Daniel and John saw it seemingly die but come back to
life. Daniel saw this rebirth through ten nations (old provinces of Rome) that give birth to
a new new nation called the Little Horn, it the revival of the seventh kingdom having no
crowned ruler . . . yet. Daniel and John saw this seventh kingdom at the time of the end
transform into the head of a tyrannical empire called the Beast having a crown of ten
horns, horns it had been born from. The Beast is the eighth and final kingdom, ruled by
the Antichrist for three and one half years, in the time called the great tribulation. 52

53. NEBUCHADNEZZAR’S TROUBLESOME DREAM
When the people of Israel departed from righteousness, the nation fell to Babylon. Their
prophet Jeremiah then warned of the dire consequences to resist God’s judgment, but many
ears listened to the false prophet Hananiah saying swords and walls would deliver them. The
king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar, the had no choice but to conquer Judea without mercy,
and history proved Jeremiah correct. The walls of Jerusalem were laid waist, the temple
destroyed, all that raised swords were slain, and thousands of families starved as their young
and healthy were taken in three waves to become slaves of Babylon, Daniel being one.
This tumultuous event began the period of Jewish history termed, by Jesus, as the times of
the Gentiles, when Jerusalem was under foreign authority. Nebuchadnezzar was then
troubled by a dream he could not remember, of an image of a metal man, which Daniel
interpreted to be four empires to rule over Israel till the Messiah came to deliver his people.

54. THE METAL MAN
Daniel saw a panoramic vision of the final 2500 years of empire rule over
Jerusalem; Babylon being the first empire, Persia the second, Grecia the third, and
finally Rome, the beast empire which would die and then resurrect in the last days.
Daniel boldly told Nebuchadnezzar of the future demise of his kingdom, and
precise details of the three that followed. He revealed the destruction of the final
one would be by a smiting stone from heaven (the Christ) that would bring forth
the world’s final government: The Kingdom of God which would last forever.
Like Nebuchadnezzar, we’ve all been troubled
over a forgotten dream, but Nebuchadnezzar
ordered the deaths of the mystified prophets,
including Daniel, that could not interpret the
dream he forgot. Daniel asked for time and with
his friends prayed for understanding. In a night
vision, God then provided the interpretation
that Daniel brought to the remembrance of his
king, of a mysterious metal man symbolizing the
last four world empires and that of a smiting
stone from heaven that would crush the toes.

56. the four empires likened to ferocious creatures
In his vision Daniel saw the four empires depicted in the metal man as strange
demonic creatures. Each would be different, and each successive empire, though
inferior in splendor, would be stronger in power. The magnificence of Babylon was
represented by gold and a lion with wings of an eagle that became plucked, the
Persian empire by silver and a ferocious devouring bear, the Grecian empire by brass
and a swift four headed leopard with wings, and finally Rome, exceedingly strong like
iron and the most terrifying of them all; for it possessed the combined characteristics
of the first three, and Daniel called it the beast. (See Daniel Chapters 2 and 7).

57. The SMITING STONE TO COME
Daniel interprets his king’s vision the Beast and its Little Horn
Daniel revealed a Smiting Stone from Heaven (the Christ) would come at the time of
the end to crush the ten toes of the Beast, the revived Roman Empire resurrected out
of provinces it once stood upon, the toes of its feet. From these ten he saw a new and
mighty nation born, the little horn, from whence came forth the evil one to rule the
world and demand all to worship him for a time, times, and half a time, a space of 3-½
years (the time of great tribulation). Then shall come the smiting stone to destroy the
Beast and establish a great mountain . . . The Millennial Kingdom of God in which
Messiah, the Christ will rule forevermore (Daniel 2: 34-35, 12:7). 57

58. The man of sin will rise from the little horn
From his vision, Daniel provided key descriptors to identify the little horn. When these
descriptors are checked against history, only one nation can fit them. It must be a new
nation born in the end times, descended from the old empire, diverse from all nations,
one which became stout, once which grew great iron teeth, once which had nails of
brass, one which uprooted three, one which devoured and broke into pieces its enemies,
and one which stomped on the residue to become the leader of the revived empire.
In Matthew 24:15 Jesus deemed it prudent and wise to read the words of the prophet
Daniel, for he was given a vision of the little horn and the man of perdition that comes
forth from it, one who will impersonate Christ, one who shall cause many, even the
elect to believe a lie in his attempt to destroy the elect during the great tribulation. To
identify this evil one, Daniel provided the evil one’s ”full set of finger prints”. 58

59. the Finger Prints of the Man of Sin
Daniel presented the man of sin as one who would speak great words and seek to
change the times and the laws. He would not regard the gods of his fathers, nor have
the desire for women. He would understand dark sentences, this meaning a trickster
and con man that would divide his own land for gain. He would honor a foreign god
in the strongest fortresses, and give to them his nation’s gold and silver and pleasant
things. He would magnify himself above all, and three times Daniel said he would
overcome and break up the power of the holy people. Though he would destroy
wonderfully, overthrow many, and enter into the glorious lands, Edom, Moab, and
Ammon would escape from out of his hands (Daniel: chapters 7, 11, 12). 59

60. The picture of his heart
The Holy Scripture paints a perfect portrait of the antichrist. Five hundred
years before Jesus, Daniel positively identified this evil one by detailing the
many wicked things he would accomplish. Jesus then provided a perfect
description of his heart: Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your
father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the
truth, because there is no truth in him . . . he is a liar, and the father of it.
In truth, the legacy of this evil one, the world ruler that comes forth from the
little horn nation, shall read: the greatest prolific liar in all of history.

61. Jesus told his own to read Daniel
Though Daniel was one of the tens of thousands taken from Judea to be a slaves of
Babylon, he was soon given rule over the province of Babylon and made chief
governor of the wise men in all the provinces. In truth, God had made Daniel second
in command to his king, and in the seven years God made Nebuchadnezzar to crawl
in the fields and eat grass, Daniel thus ruled the Babylonian empire. At the end of the
captivity, Daniel led his people to come to repentance so they could be freed (see
Daniel’s confession), but he remained and stood as Babylon’s most influential citizen.
Daniel’s prophecies were of the four kingdoms that would rule on earth before the
Lord returns. He saw the final kingdom seemingly die, but then resurrect in the latter
days through the birth of a totally new nation he called the little horn. Daniel saw it
mature and become crushingly strong, and from it to come forth the man of sin, the
one that will attempt to destroy the Lord’s people in the coming great tribulation.
From the gospel accounts, the only scripture Jesus told his own to read was that of
Daniel the prophet, this when speaking of great tribulation. So who are his own? In
John 10:16, Jesus stated he has more than one flock of sheep and he will treat them
as one fold under one shepherd. This truth attests Jesus will treat the Jew fold and the
Gentile fold as one, and they as one fold shall enter into the time of great tribulation.

64. Since there is no “X” that marks the spot, the search for the
“little horn of Daniel” requires one to study and be approved
by God so they might be given understanding of the clues in
Daniel revealing its whereabouts. If done, the finding should
not be an insurmountable task, this considering Gabriel said
Daniel’s words would be unsealed in the time of the end
(Daniel 12:9), perhaps why for the past 2500 years the
location of the little horn remained a mystery till now.,. 64

66. Babylon was the most glorious city in ancient
history, rebuilt by Nebuchadnezzar to have a
magnificent palace and hanging gardens,
and fifty-three temples, one the great tower
of Baal, a ziggurat as first built at Babel, the
seat of Satan. There were solid gold lions,
an eighteen foot solid gold statue of the king,
and a solid gold image of Baal sitting upon
tables of pure gold weighing 50,000 pounds;
the gold value of such artifacts alone would
be worth 10–20 trillion in US dollars today.
Babylon was of the same size and comparable value as Manhattan Island today. It
was built to be impregnable: having 250 guard towers rising above a 12 mile long, 125
foot high, 70 foot thick wall with foundations 30 feet below ground, and behind this
was an inner wall. The city was also made an island, it encircled by a 250 foot moat
spanned by eight bridges leading to massive outer gates and to the 100 inner wall
gates. Because the Euphrates River flowed through the center, water gates at the
entrance and exit were set below water to prevent an enemy to get by. Amazingly, the
prophet Isaiah predicted these two water gates were to be Babylon’s demise.

Daniel told King Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar’s grandson, that Babylon would fall to
another kingdom, one like a bear with three ribs in its mouth, meaning it would
devour three kingdoms. It was to stand up and move to one side, and history
showed this to be in the direction of Babylon, to the west. On the night his kingdom
fell, Belshazzar held a great banquet and decided to desecrate the holy temple
vessels his grandfather had taken from Jerusalem. That night the Persian bear walked
under the water gates of Babylon to devour Belshazzar, and then stood up and moved
westward again to devour Lydia and Egypt, just as Daniel had foreseen.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hand of the living God, as King Belshazzar literally
experienced. At his last supper he drank wine from temple vessels he desecrated (cp.
with 1-Corinthians 11:29) and a hand appeared and wrote these strange words on the
wall behind his chair: Mene, Mene, Tekul u-Pharsin. He was so shaken his knees
knocked and the joints of his bowels loosened. Daniel then provided him this
interpretation: ‘O’ King, God weighed you in the balance and found you wanting, and
your kingdom this night is given to the Medes and Persians (Daniel 5:26-28).That
night the army of Cyrus had upstream diverted the Euphrates River for Cyrus to
simply walk under the river gates of Babylon and without a fight slay Belshazzar.

69. CYRUS WAS GIVEN TWO GATES
God’s will for Nebuchadnezzar was to enslave the Jews, but God’s destiny for Cyrus was
to free both Jews and Babylonians (two peoples) enslaved by the bondages of Satan.
Cyrus was an anointed shepherd, a type of the Christ given two water gates (see Daniel
2:45, 3:29, John 10:15-16), and the Spirit upon Cyrus caused the priests of Baal to be
blown away (Jeremiah 51:2), outside the western reaches of Persia to the Kingdom of
Pergamon, the place Jesus made known to be a seat of Satan (Revelation 2:13).
History states Cyrus was the worlds most ethical
leader and great liberator of Babylon. The Bible
mentions him twenty-two times: the prophet
Isaiah foretelling the name “Cyrus” two centuries
before his birth, calling him “my Shepherd” and
“my anointed” and said God would give him two
gates (water gates) that shall not be shut (44:28,
45:1) and the prophet Ezra said “the Lord stirred
up the spirit of Cyrus” to write a proclamation to
free the Jews and send them home, and to give
them back the holy vessels, and to supply them
riches to rebuild their temple.

70. Satan’s seat moved to Pergamon

Persian capital of Susa to the ancient
Kingdom of Pergamum (circled in red at
left and shown in the bottom picture).
This route was long traveled by those
whom God caused to leave home, as
many in the time of Babel, by Abraham,
by Jonah, and by the occult priests of
Babylon (Jeremiah 51:2)
Pergamon became the next seat of
Satan, first filled by witches, astrologers,
magicians, money changers, and then
temples of Grecia and Rome. Jesus
warned, in Matthew 13:25, that Satan
plants his seed when men sleep on
their watch, and told all the churches
(Revelation 2-22-23) they were in the
midst of Satan and would be held
accountable. One might consider that
Constantinople, a throne of Rome, sat
atop the churches as if their crown.

situated, all “beneath” Constantinople, the capital of the Beast before it fell to sleep.

72. Grecia - the third empire
Daniel saw a swift leopard rise up and conquer Persia. History shows this power transfer
occurred in 331 BC at the epic battle of Gaugamela, this when Alexander executed a
brilliant lightening quick maneuver to defeat Darius, one now being taught at West Point.
Most amazingly, in Daniel 8:5-7 the maneuver was described 200 years previously, and more
strange is Alexander saying he dreamed of a man in priestly habit before his victories at Tyre
and Gaza and then entered Jerusalem to recognize the man and find he was the Jewish
High Priest. According to Josephus, Alexander was then shown Daniel’s prophecies, and this
might explain why Alexander was said to have slept calmly the night before his epic battle.

73. After defeating Darius, Alexander simply entered Babylon, but soon after left to continue his
swift conquest through present day Iran and Afghanistan and into the sub-continent of India.
After ten years of conquest he died and his empire was quartered as prophesied in Daniel
8:17-21: Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand
up out of the nation, but not in his power. History shows these prophecies fulfilled when
Alexander the Great, the great horn, died suddenly at age 33, broken by sickness. His
empire was then divided to his four generals without his power - the authority of Alexander.
Daniel was given explicit details of the empires so to
comprehend them: “Understand, O son of man: for at the
time of the end shall be the vision” (Daniel 8:15-17). He
was shown a two horn ram, co-leaders of the Persian
Bear, and a rough he goat with a great horn whose feet
did not touch the ground, an incredible portrayal of
Alexander expanding his empire as if flying like an
eagle! At Gaugamela, the 47,000 Greeks lined up against
Darius’ army of 250,000. Alexander then attacked,
sending half his men towards the left to cause the strong
Persian center to countermove, and then with perfect
timing, charged through the weakened center.

74. The great ancestor of the Little Horn
As true to Daniel’s vision, history shows the Grecian empire, likened to a four headed
leopard with wings (7:6), conquered swiftly, and had it not been for Alexander’s
untimely tragic death, would have continued to conqueror. Daniel then states four
others arose (8:8) to have dominion, and history shows the empire of the great horn
Alexander was divided up by four generals (Cassander, Lysicamus, Seleucid and
Ptolemy) into four provinces: these being Macedonia, Turkey, Syria, and Egypt. Daniel
then said (8:9) from one of the four came forth the little horn, and Daniel provided
clues, one by defining the timeline conquest by Rome, that shows Macedonia as the
little horn’s ancestor, the very one Rome first conquered to become the final empire.

75. Rome – The Final Empire
Daniel saw the beast arise (Daniel 2:40) and divide (2:41) into iron legs having feet with
toes of iron and clay. He then saw one leg break (2:42) and next the other (2:43), but
still for the beast to live on through its toes that mingled together but could not join
(2:43) without an emperor. This mingling period began the latter times, when Daniel saw
the toes give birth to a new nation . . . a little horn having eyes like a man and a mouth
speaking great words. At the end of the latter time (8:23), Daniel saw come forth from
the little horn a man of sin who unites the toes and reconstitutes the imperial empire
(Revelation 13:1). This king of fierce countenance will then proceeds to destroy the
mighty and the holy people (8:24) and shall rule for a time, times, and half a time (12:7).

prophecies concerning the first
three empires, so were they of the
fourth and final . . . Rome. Despite
the general secular perception that
the Roman Empire died, Daniel saw
it to continue to live till crushed by
the smiting stone, this being Jesus
upon his return from heaven

76. from the toes the beast revives
The ten toes represent provinces of the older empire, five from each foot which would
mingle together (Daniel 2:43) but not unite till the latter time of the kingdom (7:20). The
latter time is synonymous to the time of reforming the empire, when the little horn is
born from the ten toes, toes Daniels also refers to as the ten horn nations of the beast.
The head of the beast, which the ten horns of the revived empire will be upon, is the little
horn nation (7:20). The emperor is the antichrist that comes forth from the little horn
(7:25), and who shall transformed the little horn, from a republic as once was Rome, into
the beast with ten crowns (nations) to make war with the saints (Revelation 13:1). This
transformation is completed near the end of the latter days, a period which had begun
forty years after the demise of the Roman empire in 1453.
The Roman Empire reached its zenith in 117
AD, this under Emperor Trajan, for thereafter it
began to decline because of internal unrest. In
295 AD it divided in two legs and co-emperors.
The western leg (Rome) then broke in 476 AD
and in 1454 the second leg (Constantinople)
broke, leaving the ten toes of the metal man
with no emperor to cleave to (Daniel 2:43).

77. Daniel pointed to the New World
Keep in mind Daniel saw the Beast assimilate the likenesses of the previous empires, and
said (in 8:9) from “one” of the four provinces of Grecia comes forth the little horn. Rome
previously assimilated Spain and northern Africa before taking Macedonia, the birthplace
of democracy and of Alexander the great horn. Daniel next saw Rome become
exceedingly great by acquiring more territories (8:9), moving toward the south (Egypt),
toward the east (Turkey and Syria), and lastly toward the pleasant land. Daniel 8:9
mandates the pleasant land not east or south, leaving the north and west open. In that
Rome later moved north to acquire Gaul, Germania, and Briton before its demise, this
leaves one direction remaining, west toward the pleasant land of the New World.

78. the mystery pleasant land
In Genesis chapters 11-12, God told Abram to leave his birthplace, the land of Ur
located near Babylon, and make a long western journey to Canaan. Upon arriving,
he showed him a vast expanse of land and promised to make him a great nation, this
being the nation Israel. This land was later referred to as the promised land, a land of
milk and honey, and the pleasant land which in Hebrew means very desirable.
As promised, Israel was born several centuries later, but God promised his blessings
would be taken away if the people despised his word and turned from him (read
2 Chronicles 7:19-22, Psalms 106:24, Jeremiah 3:24). For such a cause Israel was
erased and her people scattered throughout the world, until the latter days when
the little horn would be born and the people of Israel would return home.
Daniel 8:9 speaks of the Roman conquest of Grecia. After defeating Macedonia it
moved east and south to acquire the provinces of Turkey, Syria and Egypt, and to
the pleasant land. This pleasant land cannot be Israel, it already included in the
lands mentioned toward the east. This is “the new pleasant land” in direct reference
to the little horn nation, from whence comes forth the prince of the host (8:11), the
false messiah, the antichrist. The Lord also made it perfectly clear to Daniel the
vision given him was not to be fulfilled until the end days (8:17); thus not as some
presume to have been fulfilled in the time of Antiochus Epiphanes around 170 BC.

80. Satan may manifest himself as a serpent, or can enter into men, or
transform into an angel of light. Jesus said he has a seat, and Jesus
beheld Satan “as lightning fall from heaven”. When speaking of the last
days and the man of sin, Jesus made this other statement about Satan
with respect to lightning: “the lightning would come from the east and
shine to the west’’. (refer to Luke 10:18, 22:3, Matthew 24:27).

of the seat of Satan, from east to west, towards the pleasant land of
the little horn from which comes forth the man of sin. 80

81. The Crushing Beast
The Beast Empire in Daniels vision was far different than its predecessors: Babylon the
lion, Persia the bear, and Greece the leopard. Daniel was given by God this
understanding: Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from
all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass:
which devoured, broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; And of the ten
horns (nations) that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before
whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke very great
things, whose look was more stout than his fellows” (Daniel7:19-20).

82. the beast which would not die
By 250 AD, turmoil inside the empire made one man rule impossible. In 295 AD Emperor
Diocletian quelled disorder and established two seats of government, as true to Daniel’s
vision, with Rome as the capital of the western leg and Byzantium (renamed Constantinople)
over the eastern leg. In 476 AD, Rome, due to moral corruption, fell to the sword of northern
barbarians, but Byzantium continued for another thousand years till it fell in 1453, to Muslims
armed with new gunpowder weaponry. With both legs broken, history shows the beast
ended, but Daniel and John saw differently, picturing it merely asleep, its ten toes alive and
in wait for an emperor to emerge from the little horn to restore the empire to glory.
Amazingly, forty years later, a time God uses to accomplish his end, the little horn was born.

83. Daniel and John saw the Beast come back to life through the mingling toes of iron and
clay, ten nations likened to as horns on the head of the beast that came to life again, one
that received the “deadly wound by a sword and did live” (Daniel:2, Revelation 13). This
“rebirth of the empire” was from the toes of the original empire giving birth to a new and
dominant little horn nation. From this horn Daniel saw to come forth a powerful speaking
leader to rule over the reconstituted beast kingdom. As history proved the prophecies of
the previous empires, it has as well those of the little horn, and history points to one,
and one nation alone that fits the description of Daniel . . . this nation being America.

84. Daniel’s
problematic
riddle
The birth of the little horn presents a problematic riddle: how can a nation formed from
lands of ten others be strong and manageable? It is irrational to think ten nations would
give away parts of their land to birth another, for the nature of man is to not give land away
but make war to take it. Even if this did happen, the new nation would be scattered between
the parent nations, making it impossible for peoples of ten different ethnicities to agree to
have a centralized government to provide for regulation, commerce, and security.
This riddle has only one solution: the new nation must be of virgin land, a pleasant land
to where immigrants would hasten to. Such an event happened one time in history, when
land got settled by immigrants from the toes of the old Roman Empire . . . coming by
the tens of millions to America, to the pleasant land, to the land of Daniel’s little horn.

Following the black plague which killed 200
million people in Europe, there began in 1353
a period of rebirth called the Renaissance.

words are translated from a Hebrew word pronounced "shuwt”, having the connotation
to push forth by mariners sailing to and fro, unless the context is used in conjunction
with lands. Since Daniel did not specify land, the correct English translation in Daniel
12:4 should read pushing forth by many mariners to and fro. In truth, Daniel 12:4 is
the prophecy about Columbus and the many which pushed forth after him by sea
toward the pleasant land, in the greatest mass migration of peoples ever in history.

89. the greatest discovery in history
On August 3rd 1492 a Genoan
navigator, Christofo Columbo, sailed
west from Spain in the first of his
four great voyages. The explosion of
knowledge in his day convinced him
the world was round, and so he
boldly sailed west expecting to find
the spice-rich trade coasts of India.
Seven weeks later Columbus instead knelt on the shores of San Salvador, claimed
this land for Spain, and then returned home on January 15, 1493 to announce his
world changing news. Forty years earlier the Empire seemingly died, but it was
the Renaissance, meaning “rebirth”, when the toes of the western leg would
move westward to conceive the little horn. After Columbus returned home in
1493, a birth sign appeared in the heavens, as one did to announce the birth of
Christ 1500 years before, but now to announce the birth of the little horn, a new
nation to befriend a reborn Israel, but in the last days transform into the Beast
that had the wound by a sword and did live (Revelation 13:3,12).

92. The Nation Aeronautical Space Administration sent men to the moon and land
rovers to Mars through the knowledge of the laws of planetary motion. Such
knowledge was derived from the original work of Johannes Kepler, a genius
mathematician in the Renaissance following the voyages of Columbus. NASA
also used Kepler’s works to calculate time and position of every lunar eclipse
in history. If the time clock is wound back to 1493, the year Columbus
announced his discovery of the New World, a supernatural signpost is seen, it
marking the beginning of the latter days, a period in which the Jews will come
home from all nations before the Messiah returns (Ezekiel 36:16-25). One should
also marvel of new evidence which shows the Spanish mariner Columbus, who
was an Italian by birth, was in secret a Jew.
The supernatural historical signpost has to do with lunar eclipses and tetrads.
Tetrads are four blood red eclipses in a two year space of time that coincidently
fall on major Jewish holidays. Beginning with the one in 1493, the last four mark
events in history dealing with the restoration of Israel, and this revelation is
stirring the minds of many. To understand these moons, one should read The

Son of man . . . they about Jesus and his return at the end of this age of history.

94. ARE TETRAD MOONS SIGNS ?
A TETRAD is a rare occurrence of four lunar eclipses within two years. Of the
fifty-six since the crucifixion, eight are highly peculiar in that these eclipses fall
on major Jewish holidays forming a pattern attesting to the PREEMINENCE OF
JESUS. In addition, the 5th, 6th, and 7th tetrads are sign posts marking three
monumental events of the Jews’ return to Israel. Since the time of the gentiles
is fulfilled, the eighth tetrad, begun April 15th, 2014, might very likely herald
the Seventieth Week of Daniel. In the midst of these seven years occurs the
Abomination of Desolation, and on this day Daniel says an hour glass will start

96. The sign of the Ancient of Days
Two days before the crucifixion, Jesus provided clues to show his mysterious sign
would appear in the heavens before he returns. Two days later strange things
began to happen that were truly signs from God: there was a strange noon time
darkness, and at his death an earthquake, the rocks splitting, and a renting of the
temple veil, and then in the evening there was a final soul shocking event, it was a
lunar eclipse. One can read of this in the Sign of Jonas. 96

Joel 2:31 says the moon is as blood before the great and
terrible day of the Lord. On April 3rd, 33 AD there was a blood
moon at the beginning of Passover that rose above Olivet in
the east, as Jesus stated, as Amos prophesied, and as Peter

in the beginning, so the world would know this was the sign of

Dreams are given when we sleep, and
visions upon awakening. Daniel was often
awakened to behold vivid presentations of
future kingdoms, and be told to write down
all that he heard and saw. Daniel 7:7-8
describes the Beast, the final empire of
Satan. It is of the father empire, Rome (7:7)
that gives birth to a son, the Little Horn
(7:8). The information Daniel provided was
meant for the final generation to recognize
the little horn, and it fits America as well as
if it were Cinderella’s Slipper.

103. FRANCE - The First Uprooted Horn
In the year 1753, on a mountain top south
of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, a shot was
fired that was heard around the world.
The order to fire was given by a young
inexperienced lieutenant in his first
command against the enemy. He was
George Washington and his actions
triggered the bloody French and Indian
War in North America, called the Seven
Years War in Europe spreading to four
continents, the first global war in history.

The war concluded with the signing of the Treaty of Paris in 1763 between France
and Great Britain. This ended all French control in North America, and the root
France planted in 1608 was now uprooted, just as Daniel saw in his vision of end
time world history. Oddly enough, the deciding battle to defeat France was at
Quebec, and exactly where the root had been planted was from where it was
uprooted . . . this perfection in Daniel’s prophecy yet causes this writer to tremble.

104. Destiny was upon America
Two hours into the bloodiest battle of the French
and Indian War, General Braddock and his
ninety British officers were killed or wounded.
His army was about to be massacred, save for a
Virginian lieutenant that took command and
managed to direct fire to provide for a strategic
retreat. That day this soldier earned a reputation
for courage, gained stature, and learned a
valuable lesson in tactics, and by his account
said he sensed a presence had been with him.
As Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar, Cyrus, and Alexander so experienced, the Most High is in
command and gives kingdoms of men to whomsoever he wills and plucks nations up by
the roots when he so chooses (these truths found in Daniel 4:30-32, 2-Chronicles 7:20).
When the enemy saw this lone officer assume command, he became the target of their
intense fire. Even though two horses were shot from under him and though his vesture
had four bullet holes, he remained unscathed. After the wars end, an Indian chief met with
George Washington to tell him this, “after missing you thirteen times from close
range, I stopped shooting at you, and so did the others, for we realized you were a
man that could not be killed. Washington told this to his brother weeks later and in his
later years spoke of his destiny, saying he knew he had been spared for a great purpose.

As we next look at the changed North
American map of 1763, the American
colonies on the eastern shores of
North America are even more
dwarfed by the English and Spanish
areas of control. Interestingly, the
thirteen original colonies are in the
shape of a horn, and perhaps
another reason Daniel used the term
little horn. In a very few years this
new nation would quickly expand and
become stout after further conflicts
with Great Britain and Spain, as it
sought to fulfill its divine destiny.

106. GREAT BRITAIN - The Second Uprooted Horn
On April 19, 1775 a second shot was heard
around the world, this time after Paul Revere
made his infamous midnight ride to warn the
colonists the British were Coming. That day
an untrained American militia chose to attack
the most powerful military on earth, and thus
began the American War for Independence.
Six years later a now battle hardened and
ingenious George Washington fulfilled his
destiny, winning a decisive victory over
Cornwallis at Yorktown. In London, King George
was said to tremble and consider abdication,
rather than admit the war with Little America
was lost, just as Daniel had seen. Just a few
miles west of Yorktown was Jamestown, and
exactly from where the second root was
planted was from where it too was uprooted.

107. SPAIN - The Third Uprooted Horn
(The Mexican and Spanish Conflicts)
In an insatiable thirst to satisfy the greatest influx
of immigrants in world history, America fought to
acquire lands east of the Mississippi. In 1803
France sold her vast holdings to the west, lest they
be taken, and Spain relinquished Florida to prevent
war. After annexing Texas, President Polk made
Santa Ana an offer he should not have refused:
America would buy the southwest and forgive
Mexico of all monetary claims held by Texas. Santa
Ana declined, and in 1846 America declared war
again, this time against the child of Spain.

The final campaign began in March, 1847. General Winfield Scott and 12,000 troops sailed
to Veracruz on a great American armada under Admirals Connor and Perry. There the
battle hardened Mexican army fell to the withering pounding of heavy American artillery.
General Scott entered the capital city to accept surrender of President Antonio López de
Santa Ana. The deciding battle of this conquest was once again as Daniel had foreseen: a
third nation from the old Roman empire uprooted from where it had planted itself, this
time at Veracruz. How shaking and thunderous mighty is the word of God!

108. BECOMING STOUT AND EXCEEDINGLY STRONG
Daniel saw the little horn become more stout (chief, master, fatter) than its fellows and
exceedingly stronger: America fits this description. She initiated the Mexican War so to
take the southwest to reach the Pacific, but while fighting this war began pushing for war
again against Great Britain to acquire the entire North American west coast to Alaska.
The British wisely relinquished all claims to the Oregon territories to halt the American
conquest at the 49th parallel. America would next in 1853 make the Gadsden Purchase
from Mexico, and in 1867 buy Alaska to prevent the British taking it from Russia during the
Crimean War. The purchase price: seven million dollars, two cents an acre, and not a cry
was made from Britain to contest the now stout and exceeding strong America.

109. Stomping on its prey
Daniel saw the little horn devour and break into pieces its prey, and afterwards stomp on
that left remaining. Here again America perfectly fits Daniel’s description. After forcibly
taking France’s vast holdings east of the Mississippi river, she made the greatest land
deal in history . . . buying the Louisiana territory for less than 3 cents an acre. In 1812
America then declared war a second time again Britain to end its economic boycott and
to prove America’s military and naval prowess against Britain or any other adversary.
The American navy, though one tenth the size,
stomped its enemy. No British warship proved a
match against the newly built USS frigates: the
Constitution, the Constellation, the United States,
the President, the Congress, and the Chesapeake.
Even smaller vessels, manned by well-drilled
spirited Yankee crews, outfought and outgunned
the British. In total, America captured 1700 British
vessels and ended the Royal Navy’s supremacy of
the seas. Thirty years later, America stomped on
that left remaining, exerting power again over
Great Britain to take Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii.

110. THE SPANISH AMERICAN WAR
In the late 1800’s, expansionists as Navy
Secretary Theodore Roosevelt, wanted
America to become a world power by
expanding its military around the globe.
Their ambitious policies were furthered after
Spain made a sincere request to America to
give calm after a recent Cuban insurgency,
asking the United States to send a
battleship to Havana that would protect
American interests and provide for stability.
In February 1898, the battleship USS Maine was sent to Cuba. Strangely, the ship
blew up in Havana’s harbor, and American newspapers used an expansionist
propaganda line to blame Spain. America then declared war and in four months
defeated the Spanish Empire which had lasted for 400 years. In the prophetic
vision of history which Daniel foresaw, the last of three nations was uprooted, and
America took possession of Cuba, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and
the Philippines. America had now achieved world empire status, and after the two
world wars to follow became Daniel’s final word empire awaiting an emperor.

111. To rightly comprehend the book of Revelation, one must first read Daniel.
The book of Daniel is the foundation for understanding of the end times, and
why Jesus stressed his own to read it (Matthew 24:15). As to the uprooting
of the three nations, theologians have assumed this will happen in the
seventieth week and that the uprooted will cease to exist. Daniel, however,
never inferred these particular events began in the final seven years and nor
did he state the three uprooted nations would cease to exist. History,
however, attests 250 years ago America began the uprooting of France,
Great Britain, and Spain, and most notably, they yet remain allies today.
In chapters 13 and 17 of Revelation, the ten horns of the beast are seen with
crowns, this signifying all ten horns not only remain but become crowns
worn on the head of the blasphemous antichrist that declares he is Christ
and demands to be worshipped. This crown he wears for “one hour”, for
three and one-half years of great tribulation that will end when the smiting
stone comes (Read Daniel 2:34-35, Revelation 13:1; 17:12). The books of
Daniel and Revelation and history paint a perfect portrait of America, the up-
rooter, the little horn from whence emerges the evil one.

Most of the early settlers between the years 1600 - 1800 came from Western
Europe, descended from lands of the broken legs of the Roman Empire, lands
such as England, Wales, Scotland, Netherlands, and Germany, and with them a
forgotten heritage of slavery. In the 1800’s began a massive influx of peoples from
every nation on earth, and by the year 1900 one million each year were being
processed legally through the immigration lines to become American citizens.

alone holds the title of being diverse, this proof
that only she can be the Little Horn of Daniel.

The founding fathers knew America was derived from broken peoples of
every ethnicity, color, and trade, they the oppressed who in a spirit of
freedom joined together and were proud to be called Americans. So that
none should forget, the fathers wrote in the language of Rome (Latin), the
phrase E-Pluribus Unum on the Great Seal of the United States, and on
the seals of the President, Vice President, Congress, Senate, House of
Representatives, and the Supreme Court, and on the coinage of the people.

the leader of the revived Roman empire,
should have naturally inherited its
genetic likenesses. If America is the little
horn, she should possess a like size, the

likenesses, it is remarkable to realize
Rome did at the zenith of her power
have thirteen (13) provinces and that
America was born from out of thirteen
colonies, but she would quickly become

the genetic likenesses he would have seen would be of their like

118. The American Eagle is a bird of fearsome
beauty and of proud independence and
that will tear apart its prey before devouring
them. It has long symbolized the strength
and freedom and history of America, and
exemplifies a boundless spirit that soars
above the valleys. It became the symbol of
freedom and of thought and of opportunity
to the world, and it fittingly exemplifies that
which Daniel had seen in the little horn.
America’s great ambassador, Benjamin Franklin, once almost persuaded congress to make
the turkey America’s national symbol, but he failed on account of divine destiny: At the
start of the Revolutionary War, there was witnessed a strange event in the early morning
hours as the Continental Army was engaged in a fierce battle. Booming cannons had
caused the eagles on the mountain top above to sail down from their nests and encircle the
American soldiers on the battlefield below. Their shrieks soon caused the Yankee battle cry
to become they’re shrieking for freedom. General Washington witnessed this event and
so revered it that, in spite of those wanting the turkey to be the symbol of freedom, used
his executive authority and ordered the bald eagle to become our national symbol.
FAR MORE THAN JUST COINCIDENCE

119. The native American Indians revered the Bald Eagle to be a symbol conveying great
power. It is a species known only to North America and aptly fits Daniel’s description of
the little horn. He said the beast would break in pieces its prey with its great iron teeth
(the American military), and that these teeth were as iron and its nails were as brass
(analogous to the beak and feet of the eagle whose colors are those of brass and iron).
Edwin Way Teale aptly wrote of this "Bird of Freedom”: Above all other birds, the soaring
eagle, with its size and weight, gives the most abiding impression of power and purpose
in the air. It advances solidly like a great ship cleaving the swells and thrusting aside the
smaller waves. It sails where lesser birds cannot, and will expand its territories to lands
having ample food supplies ( this eagle was prophesied of in Deuteronomy 28: 49-51).

Rome began as a strong Republic, as did the United States. Rome had a Senate and
a lower house of representatives, as the United States. What is most striking is the
similarity of governmental architecture so prevalent in America today. The
Romanesque style dominates the architecture in Washington, DC and became the
prevalent style for many state capitals and county seats throughout America. 121

122. GOD MADE AMERICA EXCEPTIONAL
There is ample reason to believe God prepared, guided, and blessed America to
become a mighty nation, a great republic, and the world’s bastion of freedom and
liberty. Washington, Lincoln, Bartholdi, Howe, and Patton were some that sensed this
destiny upon them, and history proved America was made to be exceptional, for
she alone was the ultimate power determining the outcome of two world wars in the
20th century; it was because of America that the Jews were able to go back home.

So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and
behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to bone . . . Then He said to
me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, ‘Our
bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off! Therefore prophesy and
say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, O My people, I will open your graves
and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.
Then you shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O My
people, and brought you up from your graves. (Ezekiel 37:7, 11-13).

the two world wars which ultimately
forced the Jews back home for survival,
and America was the instrument God
used to get this done, through destined

124. The rebirth of Israel fulfilled Gods word
On May 14, 1948, a modern day miracle
was seen by the entire world. Never
before in history had such an event ever
occurred: a nation to die and come back to
life and have its people return home from
all parts of the earth. After 2000 years of
non-existence, Israel declared herself once
more a sovereign state, and eleven
minutes later President Harry Truman
acknowledged the reborn State of Israel.
For I will take you from among the
nations, and gather you out of all
countries and I will bring you into
your own land (Ezekiel 36:24).

125. Exodus 19:4 says Ye have seen what I did unto
the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles'
wings, and brought you unto myself. In 1972
Israel was about to be defeated by Syrian and
Egyptian forces, for she was now down to one
day of munitions, and every nation, including
America, was refusing to help. Prime Minister
Golda Meir, now expecting the worst, began
to carry suicide pills in her apron pocket.
In final desperation, she made a 3:00 AM call to wake the President, one who personally
hated the Jews and refused the urging of his advisors to help them. Then came a bedside
call in the middle of the night, a night of his destiny. As Meir began to talk, the President
strangely heard the distinct voice of his mother repeating what she told him as a boy:
one day you will be in a powerful position, and if the situation arises to help Israel, then
you must, and he promised he would. Then he next heard the pleas of Golda Meir, and at
that very moment Richard Nixon authorized the resupply of Israel using the fleet of
America’s brand new C5A’s having the largest air cargo holds in the world, ones born by
eagles’ wings. Meir would speak of this great miracle: when massive planes came at the
last possible moment to save Israel from the Egyptians (read again Exodus 19:4 above).

the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue it will not
understand; a nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the
old, nor shew favour to the young: And it shall eat the fruit of thy cattle and land, until
Israel be destroyed: leaving no corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of cattle or sheep,
until he has destroyed thee. 52 He shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high
fenced walls come down in which thou had trusted. In looking at this map, only
America fits this description of a powerful nation swift as an eagle coming from afar.

127. AMERICA IS UNDER JUDGMENT
God gave a solemn warning to his people
to not follow a multitude to do evil: slay
not the innocent and righteous: for I will
not justify the wicked (Exodus 23:2, 7). For
those that would do such, God placed a
fearsome judgment upon them: Cursed be
he that takes a reward to slay an innocent
person (Deuteronomy 27:25).
The killing of the innocents has long been a religious practice of the satanic occult.
Manasseh, the first king of Judah, following the split up of Israel, not only let witches,
soothsayers, spiritualists, and mediums enter Jerusalem but he approved their
shedding of the blood of children, even that of his own son. The Lord thus doomed the
nation by appointing over them four kinds of judgment: the sword to slay, the dogs to
tear, and the fowls of the heaven and beasts of the earth to devour and destroy
(Jeremiah 2:34; 15:1-4). After the American Republic approved the shedding of innocent
blood, she became cursed by God . . . and she is now divided, being transformed by a
leader that is bringing evil upon the land just as did the evil Manasseh. 127

128. It long remained a mystery to what Jesus meant when he spoke the
following in Matthew 24:27-28, this concerning the tribulation of the
end days: As the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even
unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For
whereever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
As discussed in Slides 79-80, Babylon is the lightening that moved from
the east to shine in the west, and thus no mystery when America gets
pictured as Daniel’s little horn. The prophetic words of Jesus become very
clear: America’s eagles create the carcasses during the great tribulation. 128

129. this but His Warning to come
Revelation 18:1-2 tells of future Babylon being initially attacked and then shows
Babylon (18:9-19) being totally destroyed. The Twin Towers that crashed down in
flames in one hour was but a precursor of far worse judgment to come, this because
America, once a great ethical nation, changed into one which made all nations drunk
with the wine of her fornication. Her pornography, homosexuality, adultery, abortion,
sexual abuse of children, murder and other grievous sins could not go unnoticed, and
thus why God’s blessings and protection upon America is come to an end.
And after these things I saw another angel

great power; and the earth was lightened
with his glory. And he cried mightily with a
strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is
fallen (tower-1), is fallen (tower-2), and is
become the habitation of devils, and the hold

men, her rulers and mighty men . . . the broad walls of Babylon should be utterly broken,
and her high gates shall be burned with fire . . . to cut it off, that none shall remain in it,
neither man or beast, but that it shall be desolate forever (Jeremiah 51: 55, 57, 58,62)

133. The Scripture teaches the “more
stout”, the superpower empire in
Daniel’s vision will head the Revived

As the empires moved west, so did Babylon . . . and not just spiritually but literally.
What city today can better fit this biblical description: Alas, alas, that great city,
wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! For
in one hour is she made desolate. Revelation 18:19 asks one to consider What city is
like unto this great city? The answer is Manhattan, a 34 trillion dollar island the
same size and likes of ancient Babylon, it home to the United Nations, Wall Street,
and the world’s financial system. There are also other fingerprints to show this
richest piece of real estate on earth is absolutely the reborn city of Babylon.

134. A portrait of future Babylon
Daniel saw each successive empire inherit characteristics of the previous, thus a
likeness of Babylon should be found in the little horn. Daniel saw the little horn
having great iron teeth that broke its prey into pieces (7:7), and from this horn
one to arise that had a great voice, the same great voice Jeremiah said was in
ancient Babylon (Jeremiah 51:55). In Revelation (17:4-7, 18:17) John saw the
city of Babylon revived, situated by the sea, having past riches and glory and
habitation of devils, the hold of every foul spirit, and the cage of every unclean
and hateful bird, and drunk with the blood of the saints and martyrs.
If America is the little horn, then Babylon must be her great city, and there
should be conclusive evidence in both Scripture and history that attests to such.
Let us now consider Daniel 7:4, for in this one verse is painted a perfect picture
of the little horn and of something awesome standing in future Babylon.
The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings
thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made
stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

136. The mystery of Daniel 7:4
In speaking of the last four empires, Daniel (7:4) speaks of the Babylon of his
time, a lion with wings, and then in the same verse the future Babylon, it of
an empire of an eagle plucked from the lion. In defining this later empire he
describes something in his vision which has remained an unanswered riddle
to theologians for 2600 years: an object lifted up from the earth, and made
to stand upon the feet as a man, and given a heart.
If one closely studies this verse, they will see Daniel gave three (3) clues to
discern what he saw: the first being something lifted up above the ground,
the second being something that stands, and the third being something that
seems to have greatly puzzled him . . . for in his vision he was looking upon
something which seemed to be feminine in nature but was made to stand
upon the feet as a man, and it was given a heart.
Concerning Daniel’s visions of the end times, he was told (in 12:9) to write
them down and go his way, for they would remain sealed until the time of the
end. So what was it Daniel saw lifted up to stand as a man and given a heart?

137. great iron teeth and a tender heart
Daniel saw Babylon transform, a lion with eagle wings that got
plucked (7:4). History shows Great Britain, a lion, was plucked up by
her child America, the eagle. Daniel also shows America was given
(by God) a heart. The English translation of “heart” comes from the
Hebrew word “leb-ab”, an expression meaning a tender heart, a
word unique to the book of Daniel. The correct translation of verse
7:4 should read a nation given a tender heart (See words 3824-3825
in Strong’s Concordance).
What can be a more perfect picture of America than Daniel‘s
symbolic description of the little horn that came from the feet and
toes made of iron and clay: the toes of iron that gave her the great
military to rip apart her enemies, and the toes of clay that gave her
a tender heart to defend the weak and restore her past enemies?
America is unique, an exception from any nation in history, the only
nation to wield great power and yet be governed by a tender heart.

139. A STAND FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS
On November 18, 1861 a young American poet, Julia Ward Howe, was awakened in
her hotel room in the early morning hours to see a vision . . . it of long lines of poetry
being entwined in her mind. She was impressed to not forget the words, and so
literally jumped from bed to find a stump of a pen and quickly scrawl them down on
the back side of some old stationery. Though she knew not what she wrote down,
she remembered telling herself the words seemed far beyond her own imagination.
Upon awakening, she could not remember a single word, but there next to her bed
was an old sheet of paper with six stanzas written in her neat but uneven hand. The
first began with Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord. As she
read the words they seemed to literally unspool on the paper as if the vision was
ongoing, a vision of biblical and apocalyptic imagery and import of a great ongoing
battle for the hearts of men. Its most moving lines compared the sacrifices of those
borne for the sake of preserving the union and abolishing slavery to that of the
crucifixion of Christ: As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free.
Howe’s words were entwined in The Battle Hymn of the Republic and they
caused Abraham Lincoln and his own to stand fast through the end. As it was then,
the republic is so now, and we that are living are about to see the glory of the
coming of the Lord and are being called to stand fast upon his righteousness.

140. Daniel had seen a battle for righteousness
The scriptures reveal God rules in the kingdoms of men, and that righteousness will
exalt a nation, and where there is the Spirit of the Lord there is liberty (Daniel 4:25,
Proverbs 14:34, 2-Corinthians 3:17). These truths speak of America, a nation made by
God to be the bastion of freedom for the world. One of her great symbols, Lady
Liberty, was a gift from the people of France, dedicated on October 28, 1886. On
Bedloe’s island she stands before the NY skyline, lifted above the earth on a pedestal,
holding high a light for the world to see, the symbol of righteousness and freedom.

Auguste Bartholdi lived in France since his
birth in 1834, but his life was captivated
by the American Republic and its offer of
freedom to the world. Lincoln’s death
greatly affected him, and he was soon
given a vision to honor America by
building a statue to commemorate the
100th anniversary of her Declaration of
Independence. In her left hand he placed
a tablet inscribed with the date July 4,
1776 and he lifted up in her right hand an
eternal light of freedom. If one were to
consider Daniel’s vision of the little horn
being America, and then envision what he
saw lifted up from the earth to stand,
Daniel had to be looking at Lady Liberty.lifted up from the earth (7:4)

One should not forget Jesus told his own to read what Daniel the prophet said
concerning the final days. Daniel said she was made to stand upon the feet,
and Lady Liberty is not only standing, but leaning in a strong forward posture.
In ancient Babylon, Daniel was made to stand and hold high his light in the face
of evil, as did Gideon’s men before him. In his vision of future Babylon, Daniel
did not see a statue of evil, but one that found the tender heart of God and
was made strong, one that could not even be killed if tossed into a den of lions.

Bartholdi was only two when his father died, and so he was raised by his godly
mother, the reason historians think Bartholdi gave to Lady Liberty his mother’s face. If
this is true, then he did his mother injustice, for the intriguing face of Lady Liberty
seems to have feminine and masculine features, a face that seems to more fit a
description given in Daniel 7:4, one (of a woman) made to stand as a man. We shall
see that Bartholdi’s vision had much to do about the Lord and his coming, but that
aside for now, since Bartholdi’s was caused to sculpture such a stoic and intriguing
face, one might ask, if not his mother, whom then did he use for the model? 143

144. Bartholdi’ models were of two faces he knew well . . . his mother’s and his own. His vision
was to erect a monument testifying of those set free by the spirit of liberty, and why he
placed the broken chain of slavery at her feet. Daniel 4:35 states God rules in the hearts of
men, and the vision given to Bartholdi was that of God’s permissive will. The Lady of
Liberty symbolizes those whom Daniel described in 12:6-10, these the ones that will stand
for the Lord in the last days, they of the many that shall be purified, made white, and
tested against the faces of evil until the time their redeemer comes for them in glory.

This chain of bondage was one that brought judgment upon America. In1782, her
Constitution declared God created all men as equal, but there yet remained within her
an evil that needed to be cleansed from the land. Not till the revival which preceded
America’s Civil War (see the Sign of Jonas) were her people given tender hearts and
the conviction to stand as men and give their lives to break the binding chains of
slavery. America is now more in bondage than ever before, and Daniel 7:4 is literally
reaching out to America to turn back to the Lord and stand for righteousness. 145

In the 1980’s the proud dictator in Iraq, Saddam Hussein, not knowing he was about
to defy God, began to rebuild the ancient city of Babylon and become like its great
king Nebuchadnezzar. Though he boasted “Babylon’s great palaces and legendary
hanging gardens would rise from the dust,” all he managed to build in old Babylon
was a not so magnificent summer palace and a small desert community that
ultimately were occupied by the American military which defeated him.
Saddam needed to have been reminded of the fearsome things God did to
Nebuchadnezzar and of the prophecies of Jeremiah-51 which said ancient Babylon
shall sink into the Euphrates to never rise but remain desolate forever. If Saddam
had known this, he might have come to repentance, as did Nebuchadnezzar, and
thus been spared being hung by the neck until dead. There was something,
however, which God had permitted Saddam to accomplished, this being the
restoration of an old archeological ruin located a hundred miles to the south, far
from the rubble of ancient Babylon.
Saddam funded the restoration of the Ziggurat of Ur to its past likeness, this
accomplished from knowledge gained through recovered cuneiform tablets and
other historical documents. This ziggurat was a structure similar to Nimrods’ tower
of Babel, and “twin sister” to the tower of Baal in Babylon. If Manhattan is the
revived city of Babylon, one might well expect to see there the “sister of Ur.”

148. ZIGGURATS
Four hundred years before the Egyptians built
the great pyramids at Giza (circa 2550 BC)
Sumerians were building ziggurats. These
multi story structures were for the worshipping
of idols, they having temples sitting atop the
platforms. Ziggurats were native to
Mesopotamia, the cradle of civilization, the
place in Genesis where was the tower of Babel,
and the also the land of Ur, the birthplace of
Abraham situated very near to Babylon.
Ziggurats were tiered structures made from brick, the brick composed of mud and reeds
covered with glaze and baked. The bricks would decay and require restoration, and each
time the structure got taller. The tallest ever was the thirty story tower of Baal in Babylon,
and this wonder’s last restoration was done by King Nebuchadnezzar in 600 BC. Sixty years
later Cyrus entered Babylon and caused the priests of Baal to flee, and two hundred years
later Alexander found the tower deteriorated and ordered it demolished. The glorious age of
Babylon ended with the end of its towering Ziggurats, and Babylon and its walls in the
centuries thereafter were left to turn into rubble, as prophesied in Jeremiah 51:37.
Thereafter, masonry stone/brick was used to build structures with inner rooms, but because
of weight bearing limits, all the skylines of the world’s cities were low. Not till the late
nineteenth century would the use of iron permit the building of tall towers to be revived.

149. The Ziggurat of UR
The photograph on the left (circa 1930) was taken after the excavation of the 3-tier
Ziggurat of Ur (circa 2100 BC), one from which the later tower in Babylon was
modeled. The ziggurat of Ur was situated not far from Babylon, and the photograph
on the right shows a partial restoration done by Saddam Hussein in the 1980’s. In
his vanity he though he could restore ancient Babylon, but Jeremiah 51:37-64 said
this was not to happen here. Still, the restoration was archeologically sound and a
good example of the 7-tier structure of Baal that had been in Babylon.

According to ancient cuneiform tablets uncovered from Babylonian
archeological sites, the ziggurat of Babylon stood 300 feet high and had thirty
foot wide stair cases leading to seven platforms, the temple being the top level.

Tower of Babylon would closely have appeared as in the drawing above. 150

more glorious that any city on earth and with like riches of Babylon and a tower identical
to the tower of Baal. She even sits on an island of like size, and is the only world city that
fits Cinderella’s slipper . . . more astounding evidence that America is the little horn.

Twenty years after her founding, the little America had grown immensely in size, power,
and stature and now projected its resolve into world affairs. In 1801 President Jefferson
sent a naval squadron of marines to defeat the Tripoli Pirates; in 1812 President
Madison declared war on Great Britain because of her bullish naval supremacy; and in
1823 President Monroe threatened war against all Europe if it did not submit to
American demands of no further intervention into the Americas, and the kings of Europe
bowed to the President. Since its inception the Office of the American President was
recognized as the most powerful and influential position on earth, without exception . . .
he is the mouth speaking very great things, whose look is more stout than his fellows.

156. THE SYMBOL OF THE PRESIDENT
Since 1801, the White House, the oldest
structure in Washington, has served as
official residence and executive office of
the President of the United States and
has been the symbol of every American
President. Construction began in 1791
under the direct oversight of George
Washington, and its first resident was
John Quincy Adams. It was referred to
as the Presidential Executive Office
Building, and also the Presidential
Palace, and as destiny will prove, the
residence and office of the antichrist.
One hundred years after John Quincy Adams took office, Theodore Roosevelt, the first of a
line of progressive presidents, began the gradual change to transform the American
Republic into a socialist state, boasting he “a steward of the people that took whatever
action necessary. I did not usurp power, but I greatly broaden the use of executive
power.” This he did openly by ordering stringent actions against American capitalists, and
also something very subtle and strange: With no reason given, he renamed the
executive office building by personally having the inscription "White House – Washington"
engraved on the official executive stationery immediately after becoming President in 1901.

157. The White Horse of Apocalypse
And I saw and behold, a white horse; and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown
was given unto him, and he went forth conquering, and to conquer (Revelation 6:2).
The only man in the world that can fit the “cinderalla slipper” of Daniel and John is
the President of the United States. Daniel said he was a man who would speak great
words and seek to change the times and the laws. If America is the little horn, then
the White House is the White Horse of the Apocalypse. It will be as the prophets
John and Daniel had seen, one speaking great words that rides a white horse, he is
the President of the United States riding the White House of the Apocalypse.

When Cyrus conquered Babylon in 550
BC, many occultist priests and
worshippers of Baal fled to Pergamon,
this located in western Turkey today.
Later, the Greeks built there a Temple of
Athena and the Altar of Zeus at where
the occult worshipped. Lastly, the
Romans erected in Pergamon a temple to
worship emperors Trajan and Hadrian.
In 136 AD Hadrian’s twelve legions crushed the last Jewish revolt, and this resulted in
a genocide as in 70 AD and the complete depopulation of Judea (called the Diaspora).
At the Zeus altar Christians were sacrificed, as was the faithful Antipas in 92 AD. Jesus
told of this to John, in Revelation 2:13, and stated this is where the seat of Satan is
and where he dwells. Jesus had a future purpose to have said such, for over the next
several centuries Pergamon and its temples, as did happen to Babylon, went to ruin. In
1878 German archeologists, however, excavated the altar of Zeus and its friezes of the
gods, and transported them to Germany to reassemble them in the Berlin museum.

In 1930 a Nazi climbed the stairs of the Zeus Altar which had been sitting in the Berlin
Museum the past forty years, and as he looked down its steps he suddenly got a
strange feeling of power. This man was Albert Speer who was in charge of architecture
for the Third Reich. Without knowing the past history or original purpose of the old altar,
he adapted its design into a new Nazi monument that later served Hitler’s rise to
absolute power. Hitler used this monument, the seat of Satan, as his backdrop to incite
the Nazis to exterminate not only 6,000,000 Jews but millions of Christians as well.

In August 2008 Barack Hussein Obama received the nomination for President of the
United States, this at the Democratic National Convention in Denver. There he gave
an acceptance speech at a huge rally, standing at a podium with an imposing Altar of
Zeus behind as did Hitler 75 years before. History shows a westward movement of
the empires in the direction of the pleasant land Daniel pointed to, and Satan’s seat
followed, moving from Babylon to Pergamon to Germany, and finally America, the
nation at the end of the western road. Since 2008, there has been no subtlety to hide
a quick transformation of America into the Beast. The writing is on the wall for the
saints to prepare to stand in the Lord, for great tribulation must soon follow.

161. This writer has confirmed an exegesis published on the internet to be
sound: Isaiah 14:14 quotes Satan as saying “I will ascend from the
heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High. Luke 10:18
records Jesus saying “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from
heaven”. If these English verses are pronounced today in Aramaic,
the language spoken by Jesus and Isaiah, they become electrifying.
The Hebrew word for lightning (#1299 in Strong’s Concordance) is
pronounced barak, and the word for heights (#1116-SC), meaning a
high place such as heaven, is pronounced bamah. A commonly used
Hebrew conjunction for poetically connecting phrases is “wau”,
pronounced as the letter “O”. If Jesus, the author and finisher of
our faith were to pronounce these three words today, they would
sound out in Aramaic as “barak-O-bamah”. It appears Jesus
revealed to us, the final generation, the very name of the evil one.

When Jerusalem fell to Babylon, rule by the line of David ceased and governmental authority
was given over to gentile rule. Six hundred years later Rome slaughtered millions, but those
who survived fled the sword of the treacherous Roman beast. Since then the nation Israel,
which God promised to last forever, existed as a people without a land. In light of this fact,
Jesus made a prophecy to signify the time of his return, his words found in Luke 21:24, 32.
And they shall fall by the edge of the sword and be led away captive into all nations,
and Jerusalem shall be trodden down by the Gentiles, until the time of the Gentiles be
fulfilled . . . Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass away till all be fulfilled.
From 70-136 AD the first half of this prophecy was fulfilled. Eighteen centuries later, in 1948,
Israel was miraculously reborn, it the only nation to ever die and come back to life. This
rebirth of Israel was a picture of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, their Messiah!
Then in June 1967, as a result of the Six Day War, all of Jerusalem, including the temple
mount, came under the control of the Jews for the first time in 2500 years. The second half of
the prophecy of Jesus was now fulfilled, and since we are the generation to witness this
exciting fulfillment of prophecy, according to Jesus we are the same generation to see the
return of the Son of David to be crowned! Daniel’s Seventieth week, the last seven years to
transpire before the return of Jesus, is about to be fulfilled.

166. BAR CODE DEVELOPMENT
The barcode system was developed by IBM
and first used in 1974 on a pack of Wrigley’s
Chewing Gum. Its inventor was Norman
Woodland, who once worked on the
Manhattan Project, and on his own accord
selected the number six as the isolator for the
codes, he not being aware of Revelation 13:18.
Common scan technology uses a barcode with three sixes to isolate sets of
pertinent data. Once a new world economic system is established, a barcode
chip will be placed in either the right hand or forehead (if one has no right
hand). This chip technology was also developed by American companies and
made to be implemented quickly. The scripture says those who refuse the
mark will face death by Antichrist, but use of this monetary system will
require one to worship his image. Scripture warns all that take the mark and
worship the image (of antichrist) will at the return of Jesus be gathered into
bundles to be burn later at the judgment (see also Matthew 13:30,40-42).

In the Greek dictionary the word for element means something that is
fundamental, like the atom which is split in an atomic explosion. Six hundred
years before Peter, the prophet Zechariah described the heat effects atomic blasts
shall have upon human flesh in the last days: And this shall be the plague
wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem;
Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes
shall consume away in their holes, and their tongues shall consume away in their
mouths” (Zechariah 14:12). This technology was also developed in America,
and the secret project was called The Manhattan Project.
The first of two atomic bombs were dropped on
Japan on August 6, 1945 to demonstrate the
futility of furthering war against America. The
shocking effects of these bombs were written
of by Peter 2000 years ago: But the day of the
Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which
the heavens shall pass away with a great
noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent
heat, the earth also and the works that are
therein shall be burned up (2 Peter 3:10).

heaven when he called John there to show him the things to come to pass
upon his people. Despite the many false teaching of today, His message in the
Revelation was not directed to the unsaved, but was given for his own to heed:
1. There will be none like the beast (he will stand out as great as did Goliath)
2. There will be none who can resist him (as shown by Rome against Israel)
3. These words were given to his people, not for a story to marvel about around
the campfire, but something which they were to heed for their well being.
4. This question implies only JESUS has the power to face the Beast, and thus
as sheep our weak faith must become strong and exercised by trusting
he truly will supply all our needs and be our shield and buckler.

Of the more than 125 Old Testament prophecies of
his first coming, each was fulfilled in the exact time
frame given by Daniel. In Matthew 5:17-18, Jesus
made it perfectly clear he came to fulfill both the
Law and that written by the prophets, and said
before heaven and earth pass every jot and tittle
(written in the scriptures) would be fulfilled.
Daniel foretold the time of the Lord’s return to be at
the end of the 70th Week, and Jesus spoke of no
time other than given by Daniel the prophet: stating
he returned after the great tribulation had ended.
From Genesis to Revelation, there is not one prophecy, not one jot or tittle
attesting to Jesus returning at the start of the 70th Week of Daniel to take away
the believers. What is written, however, is that the man of sin at this time makes a
covenant of death to kill all the saints before Jesus returns. In truth, “the rapture”
is the strong delusion mentioned in 2-Thessalonians 2:11-12 which deceives many.

178. THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION
In his Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24: 3-51, 25:1-51, Mark 13, Luke 21:7-38), Jesus warned his
sheep of end time sorrows and great tribulation such as never before. He made it perfectly
clear his return follows the tribulation, not before as many are led to believe, and stressed
that his sheep must prepare for this time. For understanding, Jesus said to read Daniel.
Daniel 12 is total affirmation of the Olivet Discourse: it tells of great tribulation as never was,
and of those found in the book of life (the elect) going through the tribulation and being
delivered. Daniel reveals the resurrection of the dead occurs at the end of the tribulation.
So there would be no doubt, Apostle Paul affirmed both Jesus and Daniel: In 2-Thessalonians
2:1-5 Paul stated the church will witness the abomination and enter into the great
tribulation, and in 1-Corinthians 15:51-53 said the resurrection occurs at the last trumpet,
which Revelation 11:15 confirms to be at end of the 70th Week, not the beginning.
In the middle of Daniel’s Seventieth Week (refer to the two
previous charts) is the Abomination of Desolation. This is the
day Jesus, Daniel, and Paul warned of, when the man of sin,
Antichrist, will enter the newly built temple in Jerusalem, halt
the daily sacrifices, declare he is the Christ, demand all in the
world to worship him, and then quickly proceed with the
extermination of the saints, the Jews and the gentiles.

179. THE HINDERER OF SATAN
In 2-Thessalonians 2:3-8, Paul speaks of one in God’s
realm whom restrains Satan, and Daniel 12:1 shows
this is Michael. He is “the hinderer” God will direct on
the day of the Abomination of Desolation to stand
out of the way and allow Satan to be revealed, for a
time, times, and half a time. The forces of darkness
will be permitted to persecute to the death the
unrepentant saints, these whom Jesus casts into
great tribulation unless they repent of their deeds
(see Daniel 12:1,7-10 and Revelation 2: 21-25).
Michael is the prince in charge of the angels that forms “hedges”, as with the hedge of
Job, to protect God’s people,. Daniel 10:21 reveals Michael served to protect Israel, and
2-Peter 2:4 and Revelation 12:7-9 confirmed he prevailed over the dragon and cast from
heaven Satan and his rebellious angels. In the great tribulation, Michael is directed to
stand aside and not protect those which will be chastised. Those which repent will be
purified and made white and tested (Daniel 12:10) and who Michael then wondrously
protects till Jesus returns in power and great glory (See Daniel 12:5-6, Psalms 91).

And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the
children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was
since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall
be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
• Daniel 12:1 states Michael will stand aside (no longer a hedge) and will permit
desolation as foretold in Daniel 9:27; this trouble will be greater than ever was
to any nation in history. Jesus confirmed this scripture in Matthew 24:21 .
• Daniel 12:1 states the delivery of the Lord’s people, everyone whose name
is found written in the Book of Life (see the sign of Jonas), is to happen after
the time of trouble has concluded. Jesus confirmed this truth in his words
that are found in Matthew 24:29-31.
• In 2-Thessalonians 2:1-7 Paul, is speaking to the church and refers to Daniel
12:1 as did Jesus by saying the great tribulation precedes the return of the Lord
(2:1) and is a time of trouble (2:2), and confirms Daniel 12:1 in stating the
trouble begins when the hinderer is removed (2:7). Paul confirms both Daniel
and Jesus, stating in 2:4 the abomination commences the great tribulation.
• The last half of Daniel 12:1 tells of the gathering of the people (see next page).

• The last half of Daniel 12:1 (underlined portion) tells after the tribulation is ended, all
the Lord’s people are delivered, everyone whose name is found in the book of life.
• Daniel 12:2-3 reveals that after the tribulation there is the resurrection of the dead, first
a resurrection to everlasting life, and afterward a resurrection to everlasting contempt.
• Though Daniel was not given the time frame between the resurrections (this later given
to John), Daniel was told (see 9:24) at the end of the 70th Week the transgression
would finish, and there an end to sins, and a reconciliation of the people to God, and
everlasting righteousness, and his vision and prophecy completed through the
anointing of the most Holy. The anointing is the coronation of the Messiah as King to
reign over his earthly Kingdom; and according to Revelation 20:4 this reign lasts for a
1000 years before a resurrection of the unsaved, this the fulfillment of Daniels vision.

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the
end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Daniel 12:4 provides clues to unsealing the mystery to when the latter days of Daniel 2:28
began, in essence this would be the latter portion of the beast empire when it was to be
reborn through the little horn. In previous slides (85-89) The Beginning of the End was shown
to have begun during the Renaissance, the time of an explosion of knowledge unheralded in
history. This knowledge gave the mariner Christopher Columbus the insight to navigate
around the earth to reach India, and his to and fro voyages resulted in the discovery of the
pleasant land which in turn gave birth to Daniel’s little horn . . . America.
In that Daniel was given vision to write a “time table” to tell of the two comings of the
Messiah, this is why the wise men in the east knew he was coming in their generation and
went forth to meet him. Of his final vision he was told to shut up the words and seal them till
the end time, when they would be unsealed and opened for understanding (see 12:9).
One should consider that no prophet other than Daniel was ever told to shut his mouth and
seal up his words. So why Daniel? His latter day prophecies were meant to tell a specific
generation to prepare for the great tribulation coming in their life time . . . and they will
have no excuse when they stand before the Lord on judgment day (See Romans 1:18-32).

of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river (KJV).
To discern this vision one must take into account previous knowledge given to
Daniel of the pleasant land that mariners discovered to the west, this the land of
the little horn and future Babylon. Gabriel presents to Daniel a most wondrous
vision, for it is of the last days which he seems to have part in, for when he
looked there appeared two others, one standing with him on his side of the river
bank and one standing across the waters on the opposite bank (see 12:13).
The Hebrew dictionary contains specific words to define various size watercourses,
such as trenches, brooks, streams, tributaries, rivers, or channels. The word Daniel
used to best fit his vision was “yetor” (SC-2975), which means a very wide channel.
This Hebrew word appears to have been translated to English incorrectly, for
Daniel did not use “nahar” that means a river, but used yetor which means a wide
watercourse, one that separated ancient Babylon from the future revived Babylon.
In that Daniel knew the pleasant land was to the west, the geographical map on
the next slide shows the opposite bank of the channel to where he was looking.

The understanding of history and key words is critical to solving Bible mysteries, and “river”
is a key word. Daniel lived in Babylon where was the Euphrates, a medium size river a tenth
the width of the great Nile in Egypt that is denoted in Exodus by the word for channel, yetor.
In Genesis the Hebrew word for Euphrates is nahar (SC-5104), one Daniel did not use and
thus why Daniel’s “river” in verse 12:5 is not the Euphrates, but then the Nile could not be it
either because the Nile was south and not to the west of Daniel. The Jordon is just too small,
and though the Mediterranean is large, it is not west of the early Roman Empire where the
pleasant land was mandated by Daniel to be. The only large body of water left to fit Daniel’s
description is the Atlantic Ocean. Let us now look at the other underlined key words.
• Stood: Daniel used the Hebrew word “amad” in the Hebrew dictionary (SC-5975)
which implies one that is standing fast, firm, still, upright. This means the two on the
banks were righteous men of God as was Daniel, and he stood with one of them.
• Two others: Cyrus, was a type of the coming Christ (slide 69), he given the two gates of
Babylon to free both Jews and gentiles. Now Daniel sees these two standing, one of his
fold of Jews and the other the fold of gentiles which Christ delivers together at his return.

The one asking the question is one of two righteous ones standing, but interestingly Daniel
made no distinction to which, this foretelling Jesus saying in John 10:16 that he makes no
distinction between his folds of sheep. The man in linen upon the waters is Jesus, who at
his first coming walked on water. Ezekiel 9-10 attest to Jesus being clothed in linen and
having a writer’s inkhorn, the horn attesting he is an author that places the word
“righteous” on the foreheads of those not to be slain. God does not change, so as at the
first coming so shall be done at the second coming of Jesus (see Revelation 14:1).
The word waters is from the Hebrew word “mayim” (SC-4325 ), an euphemism for “urine”
and thus this water is unfit for drinking or bathing, but it rather a flood of bitter waters,
waters as in Exodus 32 which Moses forced all the congregation to drink because of their
sin. Those which do not repent will be cast into this mayim, as God cast Jonah into the
tempest to die, lest he repented in the three days provided. In Revelation 2:22-25, Jesus
states he will give the churches space to repent, if not he will cast them into the mayim.
The word wonders is from Pele’ (SC-6382), which points to extraordinary acts of God
protecting his repentant people through miracles. The ones on the banks are those whom
God is providing for through miracles, the repentant ones standing fast till Jesus returns.

And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he
held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for
ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have
accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
In answer to the question in 12:6, Jesus lifts his right hand and his left hand to his Father
in heaven and says the time of tribulation will be for three and a half years, till the power
of the holy people is scattered. The word power is from the primary Hebrew word “yad”
(SC-3027) which means an open hand, a symbol of authority and power, and the word
scattered is from the word naphats (SC-5310), meaning to break and scatter into pieces.
Thus Jesus will in the space of 3 ½ years have completely broken the power of his holy
people: this power being the things which they made and trusted in to sustain them:
their idols, traditions, works, gold, laws, government and militaries.
The question one might ask is how are the ones standing on the river banks surviving till
Jesus comes to takes them home? Daniel 12:7 provides the answer: they are secured in
the hands of Jesus: in his right and in his left are the sheep folds he sent into the midst of
wolves, the Jew and Gentile folds that he indicated (in John 10:16) he would bring to his
father, those in Daniel 12:10 which were purified, made white and tested.

time of the end. 10Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall

Daniel recognized the voice of the one upon the waters, and asked him what will be the end
of these things. The Lord then let Daniel know the words were not for him but for the last
generation, and that his words were not meant for the wicked, for they would continue to do
wickedly, but his words were for the wise to understand they need to be purified (cleanse by
his blood), and made white (by confession of every secret error/sin . . . See Psalm 19) and
tried (tested, as were Gideon’s 300 to put down their swords and stand fast in the face of the
enemy and testify of the Lord . . . See also Luke 21:12-19 ).
Daniel had by his own experiences understood the Lord’s words about the end days. From his
account in Daniel 9:1-19, he and his people, while yet slaves to Babylon, were caused to
come to repentance before being set free by Cyrus (a type of the Christ - see slide 69). Daniel
studied the scriptures and knew the prophecies of Jeremiah and of what his great and
dreadful God demanded. Daniel then (no differently than had the King of Nineveh before
him . . . see the Sign of Jonas) got on his face and prayed while as he was fasting in sackcloth
and ashes, and made confession, and led his people to do likewise, knowing the Lord would
keep his promise to give mercy to all that loved him and kept his commandments.

rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.
Daniel 12:11-12 provides two consecutive time frames that total 1335 days. The first
is a long portion of 1290 days, this the great tribulation that begins with the
abomination of desolation, which Jesus gave a strongly warning of (Matthew 24:15).
On this day, the false messiah (Antichrist) shall halt the daily sacrifice in the new
temple in Jerusalem and declare he is the Christ and demand worship. After the
tribulation is ended, 45 days remain (1335-1290 = 45) in which Jesus returns to
establish his Kingdom upon the earth (see the 70th Week time Chart in slide 19).
Of the final 45 days, the Lord told to Daniel, “blessed is he that waits and comes to
end of the days”, he speaking of the ones which stood fast for their Lord through the
great tribulation, these the ones Paul said were alive and remaining to await the
coming resurrection. Daniel was lastly told by the Lord to go live out the remainder
of his years, for he would then rest (sleep in the Lord) and stand again in the end
time in his lot, meaning he’d be one of his fold raised up to have eternal life.

192. Daniel led the Lord’s people to repent

Daniel well studied the prophecies of Jeremiah and knew deliverance was near, but
knew also the law of Moses demanded his people turn to the Lord to confess their
sin and turn from their iniquities (Daniel 9:1-19), as set forth in 2-Chronicles 7:14.
The repentance of a nation does not exclude its leaders, and Daniel (9:3-4) humbled
himself and set his face unto the Lord, dressed himself in sackcloth, sat in ashes,
fasted, prayed, and made confession of his own sin. He then led his people (9:5-19),
including all the Lord’s people in the land (9:6), to do likewise and be forgiven. As
God does not change his ways, so he thus demands likewise for his people today.
During the seventy year Babylonian
captivity of the Jews, Daniel was the
spiritual advisor over his people, but
few realize God also convinced King
Nebuchadnezzar it was wise to make
Daniel head of all the peoples in the
province of Babylon, Jew and non-Jews
alike, and to also make him head of all
the wise men in the Empire.

193. ONE HOPE REMAINS FOR AMERICA
God said if a nation, against whom he has pronounced {judgment}, will turn from
their evil, he will repent of the evil he thought to do unto them (Jeremiah 18: 8).
In 2-Chronicles, God gave his people a solemn warning:
If they turn away, and forsakes his statutes and
commandments which he set before them, and go and
serve other gods and worship them; Then he will pluck
them up by the roots out of His land which he gave to
them, and he will cast them out of his sight.
In one generation America has fallen and turned to evil,
and now God’s righteous judgment has come. Our
republic is dying, and no earthly power can save it, for
such power is reserved to the one who is preeminent.
Upon his return from heaven, Jesus will destroy the
American nation, unless his people stand for him.
He is calling his own to come in one accord, to humble
themselves and pray and seek his face and turn from
their wicked ways. If done, God will hear their pleas
and will forgive them and God will then bless America.
