arrangements to reach Udhampur on the time and
date fixed….

4. Itinerary - Day 1
 Arrival at Udhampur Railway Station by Uttar
Sampark Kranthi Express at about 8 am
 Reception by Saroma representative and proceed to
Pahalgam by 27 seater Non A/c coach (two coaches
per batch)
 Food on the way will be at langars/wayside hotels
wherever available
 Arrival and check-in to hotel at Pahalgam
 Overnight stay at Pahalgam

5. Itinerary – Day 2
 Whole day at leisure at Pahalgam – sightseeing,
shopping, withdrawing money from ATM for Yatra
and team briefing about the yatra arrangements and
safeguards.

6. Itinerary – Day 3
 After bed tea, proceed by Tavera/Tata Sumo to
Chandanwadi for start of Yatra (8 to 10 pax in one
vehicle)
 After security check, start the Yatra. Proceed to
Sheshnag
 Hiring a pony or doli (at your own cost). Porters will
also be available to carry your bags if necessary.
 Overnight at Sheshnag (in tented accommodation)
 All food in enroute langars

7. Itinerary – Day 4
 After early breakfast, proceed to Panchtarni –
 Overnight stay at Panchtarni (in tented
accommodation)

8. Itinerary – Day 5
 After early breakfast, proceed for the last leg of
onward Yatra – for darshan at Holy Cave
 Overnight stay near Holy Cave (in tented
accommodation)

9. Itinerary – Day 6
 After early darshan and breakfast, proceed on return
journey to Baltal (those who prefer to take a
helicopter to Baltal should proceed to Panchtarni
helipad and others directly to Baltal
 Overnight stay at Baltal (in tented accommodation)

10. Itinerary – Day 7
 After early breakfast, proceed for half-day sightseeing
to Sonamarg in 27 seater coaches ( 2 Nos per batch)
 Later proceed to Srinagar and check-in to houseboat
by lunch time.
 After lunch, relax and enjoy the Shikara ride in the
Dal lake
 Evening free for shopping in Srinagar
 Overnight in Houseboat.

11. Itinerary – Day 8
 After early breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg for half-day
sightseeing. Lunch at Gulmarg.
 Later proceed for Srinagar sightseeing.
 Overnight in houseboat.

 After early breakfast, proceed to Udhampur by 27
seater Non-A/c coaches (2 Nos for each batch)
 Drop at Udhampur Railway station in the evening in
