A free recipe for awesome orange cream cupcake soap.

Linomel Muesli
“Muesli" should be eaten regularly, prepared as follows:
Put 2 tablespoons of LINOMEL in a glass bowl. Cover this with a layer of fresh fruit in season, (i.e.: berries, cherries, apricots, peaches, grated apples). Now prepare a mixture made with Quark and Flax Seed Oil.
Add 3 tablespoons Flax Seed Oil to 100 - 125 g Quark, a little milk (2 Tblsp) and mix thoroughly until the oil has been totally absorbed. Lastly, add 1 tablespoon honey. In order to give it a new flavor every day, rosehip pulp, buckthorn juice, other fruit juices or ground nuts may be added. Butter is not recommended. Only herb teas should be served, but a cup of black tea is permitted on occasion.
We love looking for tasty and unique ways to use Ezra Cohen Montreal nut butters in recipes, and we think that we’ve nailed it with this super savory side dish, featuring Brussels sprouts, almond butter, and just the right amount of spice.
These Brussels sprouts make an excellent side dish for summer barbecues, and they’re equally great served up as a lunch entree. For a more complete and well-balanced meal, top with a seared or grilled piece of salmon, or serve this dish up as a salad substitute. However you decide to enjoy them, we’re confident that these sweet, spicy, and nutty Brussels sprouts will become a mainstay of your summer meal rotation.
Taking a bath is super relaxing, but sometimes it can make you rather hungry. Baths are also known to increase sugar cravings (well for women). Having chocolate while you're taking a nice warm bubble bath can epic, literally.
We recently found this amazing recipe from our friend Megan, who is the author of megsmadeit.blogspot.com. We loved her recipe so much we created a powerpoint out of it. This recipe is super delicious, and actually healthy compared to most ice creams. This way you wont feel guilty when you're enjoying this amazing food.
The recipe is simple. Honestly anyone can make it. We look forward to hearing your thoughts if you make it and love it! Please comment if you have any comments or thoughts, or even questions! Enjoy!

Ointments are used topically for several purposes, e.g., as protectants, antiseptics, emollients, antipruritics, kerotolytics, and astringents. The vehicle or base of an ointment is of prime importance if the finished product is expected to function as any one of the above categories.

706 grams of Distilled Water
80 grams Sweet Almond Oil
36 grams Macadamia Nut Oil

20 grams Shea Butter
16 grams Stearic Acid
10 grams Vitamin E Oil
14 grams Optiphen Preservative
12 grams Almond Fragrance Oil
Clean and sanitize your work area as well as your packaging.
Phase I: The Water Phase: Weigh out at least 850 grams of distilled water. While you will not need quite this
much, some will evaporate. It is better to have too much than not enough. Place the water into a pot and
place the pot on the stove top. Heat your water to at least 180F. You want to keep the water at this
temperature for 20 minutes. The heat will destroy any bacteria that is in the water. Now, remove the water
from the heat source. Then, weigh out 706 grams of distilled water.
Phase II: The Oil Phase: Next, in a small pot, weigh out all of the following ingredients: Stearic Acid, Silky
Emulsifying Wax, Sweet Almond Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, and Shea Butter. In a second larger pot, add a few
inches of tap water. Now, place the larger (water) pot on the stove top over medium heat. Place your
smaller pot into the larger pot to create a double boiler. Melt and heat your cream ingredients to 140F,
stirring occasionally as they are melting.
Phase III: The Mixing Phase: Once both your water and oils are at about 140F, place them both into a deep
mixing bowl. Use your stick blender to blend mix them together. As you are mixing, you will notice the
mixture will turn white. This means your lotion is starting to emulsify.
Phase IV: The Cool Down Phase: Now, allow your mixture to cool to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the
temperature of the cream has cooled to this temperature, add the Optiphen, Vitamin E Oil, and Almond
Fragrance Oil. Again, use your stick blender to mix your ingredients together. As your almond cream cools, it
will thicken. You will want to stick blend periodically as the cream is cooling. Finally, once the almond cream
reaches room temperature, place it in your jars and place lids on top.
We hope that you enjoy our Almond Body Cream Recipe!
