economic immigration program of Canadian Province
Ontario. Through OINP, Ontario selects suitable skilled
workers for its province and nominate them for Canadian

Capital Priorities Stream
Express Entry- HCP stream is the most popular stream of
OINP. To apply in this stream an applicant needs to have an
account in Express Entry. If you apply in this stream and
become successful, you will become eligible to get 600
additional CRS points in federal express entry system. The
additional 600 points ensures that you get Canada PR
invitation from IRCC.

5. Requirements to apply in OINP
Below are the key requirement to apply OINP- Express Entry HCP
stream:
To be eligible to apply in OINP Express Entry stream an applicant
must have his/her profile registered in federal express entry system (&
qualify for express entry pool) with a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking
System) score 400 points or above.
He/she must choose an option of ‘Interested in moving to Ontario’ or
‘All Provinces and territories’ while creating an express entry profile
He/she must have received the NOI (Notification of Interest) from
OINP
The applicant need to fulfil the basic criteria of Ontario’s Express
Entry- HCP stream, i.e. education, skilled work experience, language
ability, and other key parameters.
