Does everyone should take IELTS Exam?
All applicants (Principle Applicant) regardless of
country of citizenship must submit his/her IELTS test
score/result.
I am a citizen of English speaking country do II am a citizen of English speaking country do I
still need IELTS?
Yes, it does not matter whether you are national of
English Speaking Country or Native English speaker
you must have required IELTS score.

3. Which Language test CIC accept?
CIC only accept IELTS and CELPIP (only in Canada)

4. Which module should I Take in IELTSIELTS “Academic or GT”?
CIC only accept “General Training” GT Module
What is the minimum IELTS Score for FSWP?
In order to apply for FSWP Principle applicant should
have CLB 7 that’s mean in IELTS overall band score 6 and
not less than 6 on each individual module.
What is CLB?
The Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) is a 12 point
scale which is used to assess English Language
Proficiency in Canada.

5. What is the maximum score Principle Applicant can get?
34*4= 136 points without spouse and 32* 4= 128 points with spouse

6. What is the Maximum score spouse can get?
spouse maximum 5*4= 20 points contribute

7. Is it Mandatory that spouse need IELTS ?
No, spouse does not need to take IELTS exam.
But , if Principle Applicant wants some extra points then the
spouse should take the IELTS test and have
at least CLB 5 then spouse can
add extra 4 points.

9. Is IELTS from IDP: Australia accepted?
Yes, IELTS result from IDP equally accepted by CIC.
Which is better IDP or British Council?
It really depend on applicants’ ability how they performed
on exam condition. However, some people say IDP is better
than BC. But my personal opinion is practice and practice asthan BC. But my personal opinion is practice and practice as
much as you can.
Can I use /mix score from two IELTS result?
No, you can not. You have to use one single TRF’s score.

10. Do I need to send TRF/IELTS result to CIC?
In order to apply for Express Entry you do not need to send TRF
but after getting ITA ,applicant should send original TRF with
others required documents to CIC.
Can I get 2 Test Report Forms TRF/ IELTS score?
Normally, British Council do not issue two TRFs but if you need
then you have to show the evidence that you are going to send
the report to the CIC or any other Immigration Authority.the report to the CIC or any other Immigration Authority.
When IELTS result will expire?
IELTS result valid for two years.
However, according to CIC your test result should be valid when
you will fill Express Entry profile as well as when you submit
your application after getting ITA.
