Know Canada PR Immigration Process

- 2. What isExpress Entry ? Since Jan 2015, new migration system was introduced by IRCC called Express Entry. There are three types of program for immigration; 1.Federal Skilled Worker Program(FSWP), 2.Federal Skilled Trade Program(FSTP), 3.Canadian Experience Class(CEC). Those who meet the criteria in one of the federal immigration program, will be eligible to get into express pool
- 3. Criteria toqualify in this program as below: Minimum of one years of work experience required. Applicant should have Eudcation Credentail Assessment(ECA) to enter into pool. Applicant must meet minimum langauage level of Canadaian Language Benchmark(CLB- 7) which help to qualify in pool.
- 4. Criteria toqualify in this program as below: This program is for applying PR on skilled trade basis. Applicant should have minimum of two years of work experience. Applicants job skills should be listed in National Occupational Classification(NOC). Applicant should have full time employemnt letter for minimum of one year.

Criteria toqualify in this program as below: Individuals who have worked in Canada and who wish to settle permanently in Canada with their accompanying dependents can apply under the Canadian Experience Class. Candidate has acquired 12 months of full- time work experience in an occupation categorized as Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupation Classification (NOC)
- 6. Qualifying Canadianwork experience was acquired within the 36 months immediately preceding the date of application. Applicant should demonstrate sufficient proficiency in one of Canada’s official languages. Not be inadmissible to Canada on medical, criminal or security grounds.
- 7. All applicationswill go in pool system with Express entry profile number and with Job Bank account will have comprehensive Ranking system score (CRS -600 points). Successful candidates will get ITA to apply for PR within 90 days from date of receipt ITA. Applicant should promote his/her profile through job bank and get access to jobs so the chances will increase.
