All about electronic components – definition, types, and
uses
Any complex structure is constructed and put to use by assembling its
various components as per the standard procedure. The working of any
object or structure cannot be imagined in the absence of even a single
component. The case is similar to electronic components. Read on to
find out about the definition of electronic components, their types, and
their uses in daily life.
What are the electronic components?
The electronic components are the basic elements of an electronic
circuit. It affects the electrons or the associated fields within the
structure. These components have various terminals which are
connected and form an electronic circuit. Some common electronic
components which are found in the majority of electronic devices are –
a microcontroller, battery, switch, fuse, motor, and circuit breaker.

manufacturing consumer electronic products and industrial products.
