This is Duan Bin from LATAM Huawei Cloud. Today my presentation topic is “HUAWEI CLOUD ROADMAP IN LATAM –Faster cloud in LATAM”.
So the following I will show the roadmap planning of HUAWEI CLOUD in Latin America about business, service, and ecosystem.
For the First part is Huawei Cloud Business review.
In the next two to three decades, the human society will evolve into an intelligent society. The intelligent society has three characteristics: Perception of everything, connectivity of everything, and intelligence of everything. In the intelligent society, everything is sense, perceives the physical world, transforms into digital signals, and uses multiple sensory channels (temperature, space, touch, auditory, visual, ...) to realize situational awareness and interaction and immersive user experience. The network is connected to everything. All data is connected online. Wide, wide, multiple, and deep connections are achieved in different fields, such as cities, mountains, and space, enabling intelligence. Based on big data and artificial intelligence, digital twins will be popularized in individuals, families, industries, and cities, meeting the better requirements of the physical world and the second life of digital survival, make the spiritual world richer. With advanced ICT technologies, these three features can be implemented. ICT infrastructure will become the cornerstone of the smart world.

In 2018, the global economy saw relatively stable growth, but was facing a possible slowdown. We stayed focusedon ICT infrastructure and smart devices, and continued investing to create value for our customers, deliver better experiences to consumers, and improve the quality of our operations. Our annual revenue was CNY721,202 million, up 19.5% year-on-year.
As a part of Huawei Cloud global strategy, Huawei will continue to increase investment in Latin America not only geographical coverage, but also cloud service evolution.
These are the 4 key services to be rolled out in Latin America.
In the next chapter, I will start to elaborate on Huawei's ecosystem policies updates.
You can see that, we have invested 3 regions in LATAM Mexico Brazil and Chile so far. Today I will announce the AZ available news is Our Santiago AZ2 and Sao Paulo AZ2 will be available at the end of this year. Due to these right now Huawei Cloud is the TOP Cloud service provider who owns the most numbers of AZ in Latin America. Let’s take a look at the global picture. Under Huawei Cloud’s global strategy and unswervingly implementing as well. Till now, we already have 23 regions, 45 AZs, and 2500+ CDN nodes. Definitely, from Mexico in the north to Brazil in the south, even you want set up business outside of Latin America, especially to China.
Today, I am very glad to be the spokesperson of HUAWEI CLOUD in Latin America and share with you the future plan and roadmap of HUAWEI CLOUD. HUAWEI CLOUD in Latin America has clear roadmaps in terms of business, service, and ecosystem.In business, we will continue to increase the construction of local nodes to provide more geographical coverage and latency experience for Latin American people.In terms of services, we will continuously release new services. In addition, HUAWEI CLOUD expects to build the most comprehensive ecosystem in Latin America, including the HMS and AI ecosystems.
