Work History Summer 2009 IT Technician Over the Summer I worked as an IT technician at Shiney Row. I was left alone to work on configuring; routers, switches and firewall appliances to confirm if they were working correctly, I was also left to maintain and clean hardware, as well as reinstalling operating systems on a number of machines and fixing components. ShineyRow SunderlandCollege Summer 2013 (31/07/2013 - 01/09/2013) Charity Fundraiser I worked with Home Fundraising, a charity fundraising organization that is paid by charities to go door to door. The charity I was with was Marie Curie. This work entailed pitching people to motivate them to subscribe to a weekly donation for the charity I represented. If they chose to donate then I had to be trusted with the bank details and personal information of that individual.
