To Whom It May Concern: 
This letter will serve to unequivocally recommend Matt Sirucek as a leading candidate into your program. 
Mr. Sirucek accepted an offer into an internship program (the “Internship Program”) at The F&M Bank & 
Trust Company (the “F&M Bank”) during the summer of 2013, where he worked as a functioning team 
member within risk management. During his tenure more specifically described below, Matt continuously 
exemplified his vigorous work ethic, effective problem solving, and efficient organizational skills that 
contributed to F&M Bank extending an offer to him for a second internship next summer. 
F&M Bank is a $2 billion commercial bank with deposit and lending operations located primarily in 
Texas and Oklahoma. The formal Internship Program at F&M Bank is designed to introduce commercial 
banking applications, corporate policies, team dynamics, and leadership concepts to participants actively 
pursuing degrees in business. Entrance into the Internship Program is highly competitive; and is reserved 
for those exceptional candidates who possess a high aptitude in business acumen, as well as the 
propensity to be a community leader and cultural fit at F&M Bank. Matt’s success in this program was 
predicated not only on his capacity to learn and apply new concepts, but his proven ability to motivate 
others in a leadership role. 
Mr. Sirucek completed a major project as a team leader during the Internship Program, which consisted of 
creating a sophisticated econometric forecasting model (the “Project”). With limited direction and 
supervision, Matt lead a team to collect, organize and report data in the creation of the Project by use of 
internal personnel, industry experts and empirical research. The tangible that Matt and his team delivered 
at the conclusion of his internship will provide value to the organization for years to come. 
It is without reservation that I recommend Matt for your program on behalf of myself and F&M Bank.
