As a sales executive intern in investors clinic Pvt. Ltd. my role was to work on the
given data and perform the sales operation for the company.
As a sales intern in the Indian real estate sector, I played a vital role in supporting our
dynamic sales team and gaining hands-on experience in this industry. My
responsibilities encompass various aspects of the sales process, starting with lead
generation. I assisted in identifying potential leads through techniques such as cold
calling, online research, and networking. Once I engage potential clients, I interacted
with them, providing information on available properties and addressing their
inquiries. Accompanying clients on property showings is another crucial task, where I
explained property features and answered questions. My administrative support,
including preparing marketing materials and coordinating meetings, aids the sales
team's efforts. Market research is essential to keep us informed about real estate market
trends, property values, and competition, allowing me to provide valuable insights to
our clients. Furthermore, I maintained our company's CRM system with client
information, ensure regular follow-up with potential clients, and assist with
documentation and feedback gathering, all of which were key components of my role.

and investors. The affordable land prices, when compared to metro cities, have also
been a major draw for private players to enter the market, leading to an influx of low-
cost projects. It's worth mentioning that Gurgaon boasts the presence of renowned
market leaders like Oxirich Chintamanis, Smart World One DXP, DLF, Unitech,Ansal,
and Sahara, who have been actively involved in various real estate projects across
different price ranges and locations within the city. All these factors combined have
contributed to the remarkable growth and development of the real estate market in
India. It's truly exciting to witness the progress and transformation of the city's
landscape.” Selling real estate products through personal interactions can be incredibly
effective. And when it comes to personal selling, direct marketing plays a major role
in making it happen. By directly reaching out to potential customers, it allows for
personalised communication and helps build strong relationships. It's a winning
strategy that can lead to successful sales in the real estate industry.

in a right manner to increase effectiveness of the product offered.
• Proper client relationship should be maintained by doing regular follow ups and
by gaining feedback from the customers.
The client trust winning is a battle in real estate industry due to certain dark
practices, forging and money laundering, therefore the company must ensure to
follow proper ethics and code of conduct while delivering certain products to the
clients and build a healthy relationship with the clients.

All these factors combined have contributed to the remarkable growth and development of the real estate market in India.
