Welcome to my Air Fryer chicken nuggets.
It wasn’t until I watched a television show with Jamie Oliver that I changed my opinion on how I eat chicken nuggets. Before then I would eat them all the time and quite often when I shouldn’t.
This recipe calls for pork chop, sour cabbage, potatoes, eggs, bread crumbs, flour, oil, pepper, salt, bay leaf, allspice and onion. To make it, you add the cabbage, bay leaf and allspice to a pot and season with salt and pepper before cooking for 1 hour. Meanwhile, you peel and cook the potatoes for 30 minutes. You cut the onion and fry it with flour before adding it to the cabbage. The pork chop is smashed and coated in flour, egg and bread crumbs before being fried. When ready, the fried pork chop is served with the sour cabbage and potatoes.
