A top business school was facing problems with their traditional Excel-based system for tracking leads, students, courses, and performance. They lacked tools for customer relationship building and data was at risk of being lost. We helped them by developing a new CRM system that allows for lead, student, caller, course, email, interview, and receptionist management. The client now benefits from decreased customer acquisition costs, more accurate and secure data, better relationship building and transparency, and improved performance tracking. The client reported their management procedures were simplified and their online image elevated due to the new system.
