1- a tracking system for our realizations is a must
2- a feedback mail must be sent to the EP at least
two times during the exchange. 1 week after the
first day of work date and 2 weeks prior the project
end date

4- try to engage EPs with your members , outings
5- showcase your realizations and send them to
your IR
